Disclaimer: I don't own PJo or HoO, all rights to the evil Rick Riordan, who put Percabeth in Tartarus and made us wait a year, to finally read the next book!! (But they got out alright, so it's fine)
*Malcolm's Pov*
I felt a mix of emotions from through me when I heard she was here.
My twin sister.
The one I haven't seen in years.
Did she hate me?
What was going on in her life?
Did she still love architecture?
Had she turned into one of those stupid bitches?
Was she still the same girl I knew all those years ago?
I missed her so much, in the beginning, I had missed her like crazy, I felt sick because she wasn't near, I was so sad, so tired, so stressed.
But then I got a letter.
The letter that reminded me of why I was here, of why I left.
A letter from Annabeth.
She told me to hang in there, to have fun, to be myself.
So I did.
And I have her to thank for becoming Athena's cabin Leader.
I have her to thanks for being there for me when I needed her the most.
So why did I feel such dread?
Because we haven't spoken or seen eye-to-eye with each other, since we were twelve.
It's now been five years since and we're seventeen years old.
The only way we communicate with each other is by frequent letters and a card and present for Christmas and for our birthday.
I sighed.
Bianca looked at me with concern.
"What's wrong, Malcolm?" She asked me in her angelic voice.
"This whole Annabeth thing. I miss her like crazy, I really do, but I don't know what she's like, if she's changed. Do you know what I mean?" I asked her.
She nodded.
"Just remember, she was the one who got us together in the end" She said.
That was true.
See, everyone knew I liked Bianca and that she liked me.
We were fourteen at the time, so it was three years ago and Bianca and I were best friends, we had been for two years.
I had liked her from the moment my eyes set upon her.
She was gorgeous.
With her sparkling black eyes, shiny long black hair that reached to her mid-back, the only problem, was her brother.
Bianca and I had a lot of similarities, one, being that we both had a twin, the only problem was that hers was a guy, and some brothers are extremely protective of Bianca and Hazel, they're other sister.
So I was scared, way too scared to ask Bianca out.
There was a reason Nico was head councilor and in one of the Big Three's cabin.
And it wasn't because he was nice, and loved unicorns and gave away free pink fairy floss.
No, Nico was scary, really scary.
