Chapter 3:
Lillian decided not to go to Albus after all and went to her next lesson. As walking to her next lesson (potions) she saw Ron and Harry run and Harry collided with her.
"Sorry Lillian! Didn't see you there! Anyway we need to hurry up we are late!" Harry said picking himself up from the ground then Lillian.
"Harry you really need new glasses!" Lillian said joking with Harry as they all laughed. "Anyway, I was walking slow on purpose, needed to think about something... if I wanted to I could have been there in less than a second" Lillian continued while brushing the dust off her robe.
Harry and Ron looked at Lillian, then at each other, then Lillian again.
"Well then, use your vampire speed to take us there!" Ron said as he walked closer to Lillian.
Lillian grabbed both of there hands, squeezed them tight and ran to class. As she stopped in front of the door of the class, Ron fell to the ground holding his head, Harry the same but not on the floor. "I think I'm gonna be sick" Ron said hunching his back over appearing that he might through up soon.
"You get used to it, come on you big baby" Lillian said as she opened the door, apologised to professor Slughorn and walked into the class. Slughorn told her to grab a book as she did and walked over Hermione.
After Harry and Ron stopped being dizzy, Lillian noticed them say to Slughorn that they want to join the class. Slughorn was overjoyed with Harry deciding to join and told them to get their book. As boys, they ran over and fought for the newest one and Ron won. 'typical Boys' Lillian thought.
Slughorn pointed to a potion's he made earlier and asked what it was, as Lillian expected, Hermione put her hand up. After Slughorn pointed to Hermione, she walked over to the potions.
"That one there" Hermione said while pointing to a small potion "is a truth telling potion". She walked over to the middle potion and said "and that one there-" was all Lillian heard before Harry and Ron made a huge noise, fighting for the best book. "and the last one" Hermione said walking to the last one "is Amortella, one of the most powerful love potions in the world. It is suppose to attract you to what smell you like, it smell different to every person or so that's what its rumoured to be. For example, I smell freshly cut grass, parchment and spare mint tooth paste" Hermione said, getting out of her trance and walking back to Lillian, Slughorn praising her for her knowledge.
Slughorn said to the class that it doesn't cause actual love, only obsession so it is the most dangerous potion in the room. Lillian laughed when he said that, 'there are so many more dangerous potions that can actually kill! and he's worried about a little love potion!' Lillian thought but listened to what Slughorn said next.
Slughorn unwound a vile of a potion while explaining what it was. "This, ladies and gentlemen is what is called Felix Felicis or most commonly know as-" He said but Hermione interrupted him.
"Liquid Luck" she interrupted as Lillian looked at her, wondering how she knows so much about everything.
"Yes miss Granger, Liquid Luck, very tricky to make and disastrous if made wrong, they say that with thing, all of your decisions and plans are made to succeed, that is until it wares out" When Slughorn said Lillian noticed that Harry and Draco immediately looked up.
"So this is what I offer you today, one vile of liquid luck for the student who manages to make a expectable potion of Living Death, begin" Slughorn said as everyone went to their seats, Lillian sitting on the same table as Harry and Hermione.
Everyone rushed to get there ingredients except Lillian. If she wanted to kill everyone she would have done it by now without a potion. To Lillian, she found potions a bore and didn't see the need of it.
