Tommie's P.O.V:
I know I flipped out in the hospital on Cook and I should've never done that... her and Mike were right, I could've lost her and instead of being thankful of that I was a complete asshole.
I haven't spoken to Cook in 3 days, she's been recovering in the hospital both mentally and physically. I got a call from the doctor a couple hours ago saying she is available to sign out today and wanted to know if I can get her, I said yes.
I know I need to make it up to Cook and nothing can take back what I said to her, but I'm hoping it'll at least make her forgive me.
Cookie's P.O.V:
I don't want to speak to Tommie, look, or even be around him. How could he say that to me? As if I was given the choice to do what I did.
"Ms.Hollins, your friend Tommie is here for you now, you're ready for check out."
"Okay thanks"
Here we go.
Through out the car ride home Tommie tried to make conversations with me, but I was trying not to listen.
"Cook... I'm sorry. I was wrong for what I said, and I ain't really mean it. I was just so worked up with everything I was still trying to process everything from the morning and then boom. It's like this put the icing on the cake. I was mad, I couldn't control myself, and I don't think those things of you."
I'm hearing what he's saying but I'm not listening.
Tommie's P.O.V:
I'm trying to apologize to Cook, but she's just staring out the window like as if she's in an early 2000 love song music video.
*Ring ring*
Mike's P.O.V:
I haven't spoken with Tommie since he went off on Cookie ass or Carmen as he said. I know things are rocky on his side, but we got business to run so he gon have to put his little love story on hold. He may not to hear about it but he gon have to so lemme give him a call.
"...hello?"
"Wassup my nigga Tommie. How you holdin' up?"
"Shit I can't call it"
"Aight well I got a call for you" I chuckled
"... you got a drop you gotta do tonight"
"I got a drop tonight? Why the fuck can't you do it? I'm in the middle of some shit right now" he said it real low and irritated, he must've been by Cookie.
"Cuz partna they specifically asked for you, and did you forget? I gotta carry in a shipment tonight. Whateva you got goin on with Cookie ain't more important than what we got aight? Get yo head out yo ass and get them priorities straight remember 'business is business and nothin gon come in between that' wise words quoted from the man Tommie himself " I spat at him.
"Nigga fuck you, just send me the damn details and I'll make sure to get the shit done" he spat
"And be sure to have yo ass on time unless you want them muthafuckas to cap yo ass"
"Yea aight bye." He hung up.
Tommie's P.O.V:
Lately Mike been ridin' me hard about this business shit, it's really startin' to annoy me. We was at the house and Cookie showered then went to her room, I ain't seen her since.
*Knock knock*
No response.
I tried to be civilized, I tried to respect her boundaries and shit, but fuck this ignoring me bullshit. I'm goin in.
"Cookie, why the fuck ain't you talkin to me?"
She shot her eyes up at me
"Why the fuck are you in my room?"
"Because I pay the bills here so I can be"
"Whatever" she mumbled
"Look.. I apologized already and I'm tryna move forward. I don't know what else to do, stay mad at me for however long you want but can you at least forgive me?"
She let out a long sigh " alright, I forgive you and I stopped being mad at you awhile ago.. I just wanted to see yo beg for forgiveness" she laughed
"Aight whateva" I chuckled
"Look baby I got to go I'll be back in awhile, I love" I kissed her
"Where are you going?"
"Uhm I jut gotta handle somethin don't sweat it though I'll be back"
"Alright I love you too" she kissed me once more then I was out.
I arrived a little early, it's a better business move to arrive first. Besides I don't want Mike all up in my ass if they tell him that I was late.
Some time was passing by and nobody was showin up I was startin to get impatient. Then I felt somethin touch the back of my head
"What's hannin muthafucka?"
