Lincoln's POV:
Me and Clark don't really talk much. It's not like she hasn't tried. But I'm just too busy worrying about Octavia. Is she scared? Is she alone? Is she hurt? Is she... dead?
I know we haven't known each other for that long, but I just feel like she completes me. Maybe I even love her.
"Hey do you hear that?" I hear Clark ask me.
I looked out the window and saw exactly what I was afraid of seeing. A second wave. My heart sank. If she was alive before, would this one kill her?
In seconds the tsunami was crashing down and rushing into the tree holding the old worn-down house. The whole place shook. And before I knew it, the tree was falling over.
Clark screamed as the tree went down, taking us with it. The water carries us with it for awhile, but we stop after a few minutes.
I tried to climb out of the window, but it wasn't opening. And I could see water quickly flooding inside. Clark looked at me with wide eye once she saw the window wasn't opening. And then she just gave up hope and accepted her fait. If I can't break the window. We both will drown. And if that happens, then I have no chance of seeing Octavia again. Of course if she survived.
