when everyone left, tauriel and legolas were left to their thoughts. they went to the gardens to talk about their relationship and one other stuff. when they got their, they sat in complete and utter silence. tauriel was the first to speak.
"legolas I just wanted to say thank you for what you did for me. it means a lot to me." tauriel then pecked legolas on the cheek.
"I would do it any time. listen tauriel I need to tell you something. and I just want you to listen to me and what I have to say."
" go ahead shoot, i'm all ears"
"well tauriel, from the moment I laid my eyes on you, I knew that I was going to love you so very much. a-and tauriel I-I I love you tauriel, I love you, an-" legolas was cut off by tauriel because kissed him with so much love and passion. and he kissed her back with the same love and passion that she had shone.
when they let go of each others hold, they gasped for air and then tauriel said "I love you to legolas. I have always loved you. and I always will b-but it will never work between us. I a-am sass-sorry Legolas. I am so sorry." with that she ran off crying her eyes out.
when tauriel said that she loved him to, he had a smile on his face, but then that smile turned into a very sad frown and then into tears. he watched as she ran away crying her eyes out. if she loved him then why can't it happen he said to himself as he though of all the things that could have prevented our love. then it him.
'FATHER, FATHER IS THE REASON SHE CAN'T BE WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!' he thought to him self. then he got up and ran to were his father was because he needed an explanation. on the way to his fathers room he found tauriel outside crying behind a tree. so legolas went o go and confirm her in a way that she needed.
"tauriel I know it was my father that said that we can't be together. and I just want you to know that I don't care what says he can't control my heart or your heart."
"legolas your words are sweet and loving. for all I wish that we could be together, your father said he would put me in the dungeon. every night in my dreams I can picture us together in the sun in the meadow but ever sense he said that it not going to be possible. I have lot all hope."
and with that he left her to her thoughts.
