A/N: Yes I am alive and I am here to edit, during my semester break my beautiful bitches, okay continue....
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It was another ordinary day, the strength that Nar had was used drag herself out of bed was too much for her to handle. She ran down the school dorm's stairs and gathered her luggage while stuffing as many eggo waffles she could possibly fit in her mouth. To make this day even better than it already was, absolutely perfect I should say, she would have to spend her Spring Break at her guardian's house (note the sarcasm), what a great way to start off the beginning of the end!
-----------------------------(LE MAGICAL TIME SKIP)----------------------------
Nar was currently being pestered by her friends during their off period for her to come with them to the movies right after the wretched school day ends. Though she did enjoy the occasional hangouts they had, she couldn't bear to leave the house so late at night especially after she hauled her luggage that weighed bricks (From all of the kpop merch LOLOLOLOL).
"You guys understand my guardian is a psycho and on top of that, the movies. AT NIGHT" Nar attempted to reason with her three friends.
Though they all had vast personalities, they attempted to show her the pros ingoing, by combining all of their ludicrous brain cells. Iqra stood her ground, "Hey, I understand, my parents are strict too. I remember last year I had no 'me' time and I went nuts" she then pointed to her head in a circular motion. Iqra possessed the eccentric personality of the group and she was quite serious when necessary, she meant well, her personality was dependent on the situation and this situation needed light-hearted humor.
Kalla then interjected, supporting Iqra's claim "You need some me time, girl, at the end of the day you need to be at peace." Kalla was famous for her one-liners. Short and sweet, right to the point. She then continued on her salad bowl, the one that she put her heart in and almost ran late to school for.
Both Kalla and Iqra then started discussing how this break had no aspect of "spring" in it, just a break. It was mid-February and it was still chilly, and to go without at least a sweatshirt meant catching a cold for sure.
Kenzie being the mother and cherished advice-giver of the group had silenced them with her hands up, so she could speak. "Listen Nar, you mean more than the world to us and to see you upset all the time really hurts us and affects the mood of the group. Though you are young and can't really do anything, let us distract you". Kenzie's eyes were pleading.
Nar was so close to tears, her heart sang for her best friends. She was so thankful, yet she had to put on her "I don't give two shits" face back on. She quickly wiped the tears that were threatening to fall and wiped them on the back of her palm, and fake a sneeze.
"Um..achoo?"
The group rolled their eyes, knowing that Nar wouldn't let down her guard as much, even with her friends.
"Fine you hoes Im coming" Nar had spoken. Her friends all cheered. "So what time exactly is this *cough* 'fun' happening? And where do we meet?" Nar asked.
"OMG ALRIGHT! WHOO! UM the movies 9pm sharp, we need the best seats to see D.O Kyungsoo's face....*sigh*... Oh do you need a ride?" Iqra was positively the queen of extra and the way she waved her hands around made them stifle a laugh and caused Nar to visibly cringe in embarrassment.
Nar just rolled her eyes, used to Iqra's weird antics. "Nah I'll walk there mysef" she waved her friends off.
"It's not safe and it's dark, please let us take you" beckoned Kalla.
