Kara's POV
I've been in Central City for about a week now. We have come no where close to figuring out a way to get me back home.
I've been staying with Barry this past week and he's actually been really sweet. He's made me breakfast each morning and he shares my love for potstickers.
But i think it's finally time that i did something for him, so just before i left to go to S.T.A.R. LABS, i left a note on the kitchen table for Barry to find.
The note said;
Barry,
Left a little early to get to the Lab. Meet me in the park at noon, i think it's time i repaid you for taking me in.
-KaraI walked down the streets of Central City with a big smile on my face and honestly, i wasn't sure why i was happy.
When i reach S.T.A.R. LABS, i walk toward the main room where Cisco and/or Caitlin usually are. When i arrive, both of them are standing side by side smiling at me.
"Were you both standing there like this waiting for me to come?" I laugh.
"Maybe." Cisco says through his smile. His smile is contagious and I find myself smiling as well. "What is it?" I ask them.
"We have an idea." Caitlin steps forward and grabs my wrist, she guides me over to the small medical room and Cisco follows closely behind us.
"What are you guys doing?" I laugh. They just stay silent and continue to lead me to the medical room.
Once we step into the room, I speak up again, "Come on guys! Please tell me what you found."
Caitlin motions for me to sit on the table, so I follow her silent instructions and take a seat. "Come on guys, please tell me what it is you found." I beg.
"In a moment." Caitlin sighs. She moves to the computer across the room and pulls up a bunch of files.
I turn my attention to Cisco, who has glasses in his hands. "You said you had your phone with you when you came to our earth, right?" Cisco asks, placing the glasses on the table next to me.
"Uhh, yeah." I stick my hand into the pocket of the S.T.A.R. LABS sweatshirt and pull out the small phone Alex had given me for my 5th earth birthday.
"Why do you need it?" I ask them.
Caitlin averts her attention from the computer back to me.
"We think that there may be a possible way for us to find the frequency of your earth and get you back home." She says.
Caitlin takes the phone from my hand. "Why do you need my phone for that?" I ask her.
"Cisco is going to vibe and see if he can reach your earth." Caitlin says it as if I should know what a vibe is, but I stare at her with a blank expression.
"That's a story to tell if you ever decide to visit us here." She winks and find myself Laughing.
"You ready?" Cisco asks me.
"Why are you asking me if I'm ready? Aren't you going to do this vibe thing with my phone?"
Cisco laughs, "Because I'm not using your phone, we just wanted to take it for fun."
Man these people are weird. Like super, creepily weird.
Cisco picks up the glasses he set on the table earlier and puts them on. "All you have to do it sit still and let the magic work." He explains.
Cisco puts on the glasses then puts his hands on my shoulders. He presses a small button on the side of the glasses and they light up a nice blue colour.
