Chapter 17: Fight With Adam and Dangerous Match

Cameron's POV

Its been two months since Des and Hunter got back from their 'honeymoon'. Two months since I became an aunt! Two months since Des and Hunter became parents to Jesse. Jeff and I are still going strong! John and Randy got a girlfriend. Jason got engaged. Dad is still trying to wrap his mind around the fact that his oldest daughter and best friend are married and that he is now technically a grandpa. Vince has been working non stop trying to find a way to get Des and Hunter out of this marriage. And as for Steph she had a talk with Des and Hunter. She is going to go on a date with this guy she knows. I love the fact that Im and aunt! I just don't like how things seem to be going. Adam keeps trying to get me to get Des to talk to him. Lets face it I would but Im not. Im still pissed at him. Plus he is still with Amy.

"Cam?" I was brought out of my thoughts by Jeff

"Huh? What?" I asked

He chuckled "Are you going to meet up with Des in catering like you guys planned?" he asked raising an eyebrow

"Oh yeah. I'll see you later babe!" I said kissing him then heading to catering. On the way there I couldn't help but wonder if Jeff was ever going to pop the question. I would love to marry Jeff!! I love him! I was brought out of my thoughts by someone hugging me. I blinked and looked at the person and saw it was my sister.

"DES!!" I yelled

"CAM!!" she yelled

I chuckled "So my dearest sister how is life these days?" I asked

"Well lets see. I am 25 married for barely 2 months. A mother to a 7 year old. I am married to dads best friend who is also one of my best friends former boyfriend. Umm Im still in love with my cheating ass whole of an ex boyfriend. I love my sister. And I think that's pretty much it." she said laughing "What about you?"

"Hmm well. Me and Jeff are still doing great! I keep wondering if he will ever ask me to marry him. I am an aunt! I have a brother in law. Oh Im 24 and I love my sister!!" I said laughing as well

We laughed for about 2 minutes before we were interrupted. I glared at the person. It just so happened to be Adam.

"Des can we talk?" he asked

"No Adam I don't want to talk." she said

"Come on Des lets go." I said linking our arms together. We headed towards the locker room knowing that the gang was there.

"Come on Des just talk to me. Please." he said

"Leave me alone Adam." Des said getting irritated

"Just talk to me." he said

"Leave her alone." I said

"Not until we talk." he said grabbing her arm and pulling us to a stop

"There is nothing to talk about Adam." she said through gritted teeth

"God Adam just leave her alone." I said getting mad. I noticed John down the hall near our locker room. And I knew the guys would be here soon.

"We need to talk." Adam said getting mad

"Talk about what Adam? Talk about how you cheated? Talk about how you lied to me? Talk about how you hooked up with some one I thought was my friend? Oh how about we talk about how you went behind my back and hid it all from me praying and hoping I wouldn't find out. Its up to you Adam. What topic do you want to talk about?" she said glaring at him. I knew it hurt her to even talk about this and to talk to him "When are you going to get it through your thick head? I don't want to talk to you? I don't want to see you? I don't want anything to do with you? I need time Adam. Cant you understand that? Its hard to look at you. Its hard to talk to you. It hurts to think about you. It hurts to know that the one guy who managed to steal my heart broke it and shattered it into a million pieces. Understand this Adam. I am married now. I have a child to think about. Its been 3 months since you broke my heart. 3 months. And did you ever think that maybe just maybe this is hard for me? Just leave me alone and give me time." she said on the verge of tears
