Confusion

I was eating my lunch in the living room when it happened. I was alone, by a door, and I could escape. So instead of putting my food down and booking it. I shoved all of my eggs into my mouth and then booked it. Who wouldn't?

I ran and swung the door open. Without even looking back, I transformed into my wolf and ran for the trees. I was getting close to the border ad I do think they knew I was gone yet.

** Two Hours Later**

It was already getting dark and I haven't taken a break. I can't. They must've noticed that I am not there. I haven't caught onto any sent but I can't risk it. So I continued to run.

I have always loved the feeling of wind in my fur. It always reminded me of the days when my mom was still alive and my dad didn't try to control my life.

** Flashback**

My mom was on my left and my dad was on the right of me. We were all just running. One of my favourite things to do. I was so innocent. My paws started to get tired so I mind linked my parents asking to stop for a minute. Of course, we did, I then again was their little princess. Their one and only.

  As we slowed down there was a small stream in front of us. My mind only realized then that my mouth was dry. Following my parents' lead, we all stood there, drinking out of the stream drinking water. We all sat down after a while and just relaxed. 

Out of nowhere, I heard a shriek from beside me. I looked over to my mother's fur wet from the stream in front of me. I looked over to see my dad with a goofy grin on his face as he splashed me. We all got into a huge water fight. That water fight lasted about 2 hours. I just loved seeing my mom and dad happy.

**Flashback over**

I miss those days where we played around as a family for hours on end. It is bitter-sweet to think about. I slowed down as a stream was in front of me. How ironic, I thought. I stopped to take a drink as my mom's smile flashed through my head. Almost like a slideshow.

I heard a branch break off into the distance. I instantly got prepared to fight anything off, but when I turned around, nothing was there. I shrugged it off as my mind playing tricks on me, as I only had eggs today. Maybe my mind was playing silly tricks on me.

I still felt uneasy so I started to run again, not wanting to take a chance. So not worth it. My dad is still looking for me and Alec's pack has to be too. Plus other rouge's or even vampires can be out there. I shiver at the thoughts, I don't wanna think about that. 

I heard another noise behind me as if it, whatever IT was, was trying to be caught. I turn around, ready to attack but again, nothing was there.

" Well, what do we got here?" A voice said behind me. I turned around to see...
