Echo and Boulder finally escaped their mothers pampering and finally came out of the cave." Wow look around this place echo!" Said my brother with sparkling amber eyes. "Yeah it's so big!" She ran down the meadow and into a hole in the oak tree." Look I fit in this oak tree!" Boulder jumped up and down with excitement. "Hello pups." A warm bold voice called back from the swaying trees, a large dark grey wolf. "Who are you, are you a rouge?" Boulder growled loudly, he laughed." Dusk has taught you well." Both Echo and Boulder shone with excitement." Papa?" He smiled warmly gazing down at them with his blue ocean eyes." Hello Echo and Boulder." They both howled in delight and tackled their father playfully. "It looks like you've found storm pups." Said dusk, she sat down giggling as they wrestled with their father playfully. He huffed out of breath." They are keen learners, I think when they get their guardians I'll be theirs." Dusk laughed." You can't do that! Only if you went back to hollow oak." She laughed. Boulder and Echo both started to tackled and pretend biting each other as if they were warriors." They are very skilled at fighting." He proudly rasped. Dusk nodded cheerfully." Okay pups time to go back to nursery!" Echo and Boulder argued." I'm the hero, your the rouge!" She growled, Boulder huffed angrily." But I don't look like a flea bitten mongrel!" Echo huffed angrily." Why you!" She then bit hard into Boulders shoulder angrily." Mama! Echo's biting me!" Dusk turned round." Stop it Echo now let's go." They trailed behind dusk angrily." Time for sleeping." Said dusk cleaning the tip of boulders head, Echo looked up angrily." I want to see dad again." She smiled." Fine you can see him soon, okay?" She looked up happily." Yay!" They all curled up in a ball and tried to fall asleep.
