Part 21

ANASTASIA'S POV
It's been a week since I got shot. Just one more week and I can walk freely. Today's Friday and I have been practicing trying to get myself to walk ok. But every time I try to walk I always fall down. And that Anthony would be watching, he would laugh at me from failing. I was on the couch and it was almost 12:30 in the afternoon. I decided not to bother trying to get myself to walk so I just watch some Tom and Jerry. It was the episode when Tom was fighting for Jerry with another cat. I laughed at this but I heard my phone and it showed Del's number. We traded numbers last week. I smiled and picked it up.
Me: Hello?
Del: Hey
Me: Del, why are you calling me? Shouldn't you be in class or something?
Del: Hey, just because I'm your boyfriend doesn't mean you need to boss me around
Me: True. Sorry
Del: It's cool babe. And for your question, I skipped. Also just because we are together doesn't mean I can't still do bad things
Me: Also true
Del:(giggles) how's my evil princess doing?
Me: Good I guess. Just one more week and I will be walking ok.
Del: Yeah I know. I miss you at school
Me: Hmp miss you too
Del: oh shoot
Me: what?
Del: I hear the principal. I have to go. Bye love you
Me: love you too
Then soon he hung up and I put my phone down. Man, he'll get in trouble sooner or later. But it's none of my business nor anyone else. Even though he would just hide in a empty class room. I kept watching TV until I heard the knocking on the door. I sat up and looked out the window to see who it is. My eyes widen once I saw who it was. It was Basically. I got away from the window and took some deep breath." Why the heck is he here?" I mumbled. I was pretty sure he wasn't gonna leave so I had no choice but to see what he wants. I got my crutches and started to make my way to the door. Once I got there, I put one of my crutches to the side and cracked open the door. He saw me and put his hands behind his back." Why are you here?" I said sternly." I wanted to see if your ok. You haven't been in school for a week". He said and I chuckled." Are you serious? You came here to see if I was ok? Why do you care? What's next squeaky coming here too?" I said and he chuckled." Yeah it's weird. I know". He said scratching the back of his head." Is Anthony here?" He said." No. Why do you ask?" I said." I want to talk to him. It's important". He said." I'm pretty sure if he was here, he would tell you to scram or beat you up". I said." Yeah I know but can you tell him I would want to talk to him?" He said." I don't make any promises. Geez, why do you need Anthony so much? He's not gonna come to you and he's not gonna listen". I said." I know. But I really do want you to tell him that I want to talk to him". He said." Whatever I'll tell him. Now scram!" I said and he went back to his car and drove off. I don't know how he got a car when he's only 17 but it's known of my business. I closed the door and locked it then hopped back and sat on the couch.
A FEW HOURS LATER...
The door swung open to reveal Anthony." Hey Ana!" He said." Hi". I said and he walked to me." You feeling alright?" He said and I nodded." Good".He said." How was detention?" I said." Stupid and boring". He said and walked away." Anthony?" I said and I heard him hum for an answer." There is something I need to tell you". I said and he came to me." Speak". He said." Basically came to the house". I said and his eyes widen." Did you let him in?" He said angrily and I shook my head." What did the toad want?" He said." He said he needed to talk to you". I said." I'm not going to him. If he has something to say, I'm not listening". He said." I told him the same thing". I said then we heard a knock on the door." Looks like you're shiny armor has came". He said and we laughed. He went to open the door and then I heard it close. Then Delirious came into view and Anthony went upstairs." Hey". He said." Hi". I said and he came up to me and sat next to me. Then he lean closer and captured my lips into a kiss. I kissed back and suddenly felt him smirking in the kiss. We pulled away and I laid my head on his shoulder." Why are you so gosh darn cute?" He said and I blushed." So what happened in school while I was out?" I said." That kid Oscar got into a fight with one of the football players and the football player won". He said." Wow". I said." Hey babe, are you sure you're gonna be in that rumble?" He said." Yeah I am Del. Don't worry I will be careful. Ok? Stop worrying". I said." It's just that I'm scared if something bad happens to you". He said." Del nothing will happen. If someone breaks the rules, then we'll kill them". I said." You kill?" He said." Yeah but not really". I said." Oh". He said." Hey I'm the evil person here. Your the maniac". I said and he giggled." I am a maniac. I'm the craziest person ever!" He said which made me laugh. Soon as I get this cast off of me, I could finally go to school with Delirious and Anthony. I can't believe I'm saying this but I miss being at school. Oh well at least I got these idiots with me.
