I looked over toward my brother who was packing his things, "ready?" I asked and grabbed my bag. "Yeah almost" he said. "Are you nervous?" I asked and chuckled, "maybe?" He said and we walked towards his car. "Listen, Hailey I know how Sam his friends are so be careful alright?" I nodded and smiled, "thank you Ty" I mumbled and he started the car.
"Hailey!" I turned around and smiled when I saw the taller boy walking towards me and gave him a hug, "Clay, you are looking great" I said and checked the boy out. "I know I know, I want you to meet someone" he said and grabbed my arm and pulled me with him.
"Hailey this is Hannah Baker, Hannah this is Hailey Dean" Clay en I smiled at her, "It's nice to meet you" I said and she smiled, "you've been here before right?" Hannah asked and I nodded, "yesh my brother and I moved away two years ago but visited sometimes to see Sam and Mia" I said and we sat down on a table.
"That's awesome, so Mia is your best friend right?" Hannah asked and I nodded, "yeah, Jeff and Zach are also friends of mine" I sighed, "I need to see Mia before class to I'll see you two later" I stood up and waved before I walked of.
"Hailey, good to see you" Sam said and I looked at his friends, "Mia said I needed to give you this" he mumbled and gave me a note. "So this is the girl on the picture?" A guy asked and Sam sighed, "yes, just a friend" Sam said, "Hailey this is Justin" Sam told me and I smiled at him, "good to see a new face" Justin said and smiled. Damn.
"Math" Zach said and you nodded, "I'm happy that you are back you know, my friends wanted to meet you. They wanted to meet the girl I always speak about" Zach said and I smiled, "well, Justin is cute" "no he isn't" Zach snapped and I rolled my eyes, "listen, he just broke up with his girlsfriend, kissed another girl and is now looking for somebody new" Zach said and we sat down.
"So you are Hailey huh?" The guy in front of me said and had a smirk on his face, "apparently" I said and saw in the corner of my eye that the lesson started. "Montgomery, nice to meet you Hailey" "nice to meet you too"
"So how is school so far?" Tyler looked at me and I sighed, "I met Sam and Zach their friends?" I said more as a question, "and?" "They are nice" Sam and Mia walked over to the two of us and sat down, "so justin? Tell me more" I said and Mia laughed, "no Hailey no, did you meet Jessica?" Mia asked and I shook my head, "he loves her but is stuck with himself so don't bother please" Sam told me and I nodded.
