A/n: I've played AC 4 but then dropped it bacuse it wasn't for me so once again the characters of the AC franchise may be OOC!

Y/n POV:
"Have a nice night Y/n" Henry smiled towards me as we hugged each other good night. "You as well Henry take care" I smiled and stepped out of the hug. Henry and I have been good friends sense elementary. He always taken care of me like a brother and out relationship was still strong, even after all of those moments that we didn't see each other for months because of school. "talk to you later" and with that I walked into the apartment that Edward and I shared. "Edward! I'm back!" I yelled loud enough for him to hear, yet not loud enough to wake up the neighbors. "Welcome back love" Edward walked into the living area with a smile on his face. "How was your time with Henry" I picked up on his strain on the way he said Henry. "It was nice" was all I said before sitting down on the couch. Edward just stood there contiplating rather or not to say something. "Well, I'm going to bed night Y/n" he leaned over to kiss NY cheek and went off to bed. 'Weird' I thought knowing he doesn't go to bed this early in the day.

When I woke up for the day I rolled over and noticed Edward was not there. I looked around the room, and realized my phone was not there as well. "Edward" I called out his name as I looked around the room, getting up I went to the my dresser and grabbed some socks for my feet. 'Where can that man be' I mumbled to myself as I walked into the kitchen to see all of my stuff in a box and my phone in his hands with the screen on. Edward looked at me with sad teary eyes with some anger flaring in them as well. "Wanna tell me What this is" He handed me my phone as I read the texts...

I looked back at Edward realizing how bad this must'be looked like. "How long?" He asked "Edward its not what it looks like!" I tried to reason with him but he puts up his hand. "Don't try to lie to me Y/n, I have all of the evidence right here" Edward glared at me. "I tried not to think of it as much at first but then it became obvious due to the fact that you always went out with him!" Edward's voice started to rise as he slammed my phone in the box of my belongings. "I do not even wanna know how long you've been seeing this guy" "Edward please stop your being insenseible!"
"No! I'm letting you go!" He shoved the box into into my arms. "Go, if I ever see you again I would act like I've never known you" I opened my mouth to speak but Edward cutted me off. "Please, don't make it harder than it needs to be, I'm holding myself back from doing something that I'd regret" and with that I put on my shoes and walk out of the door. "I love you Edward, I hope you'd see what you're doing is a mistake" I glared at him while fighting the tears that threaten to fall down my face. "As far as I can tell it's not a mistake you cheating bitch" Now that felt like a knife in my heart cutting it to little pieces. I look back one more time and closed the door of what used to be my home.

After the break up with Edward I told Henry all that had happen and he let me crash at his place. He gave me all of the space I needed, but still made sure I never felt lonely and undesirable wight on his back. I helped pay the bills and everything and got a job right down the street at a bakery, the two elderly owners there are really nice and I love them like they where my own long lost grandparents. I also tried to move on in my relationships. The ones that looked interesting and promising turned out to be the opposite, while some just never turned up or ditched me for some other girl. After each date my mind would drift back to Edward and my heart breaks all over again, though most of the wounds have healed, that does not mean some could not be ripped open again.
"Have a nice day" I smiled and waved at a young girl who just bought some treats at the bakery, it was near closing time and I was ready to go home. The door bell rang signalling one last customer had arrived. I turned around with a smile but that smile quickly faded into a frown. "What do you want" I glared at Edward who looked down at me. I noted that his appearance has changes. He looks like a homeless man who had not taken a shower in weeks.
Edward takes a deep breathe
"I came to apologize for what I have done to you". That made me give him a half hearted chuckle. "Nope, you are not doing this right now Edward Kenway" he cringed at the fact that I used his full name showing that I still was hurt for what he had done. "Just, please hear me out" he sounded desperate and so I gave him a nod to continue. "I've messed up really badly, I realizeed that after my friend beat the shit out of me for accusing you of cheating on me, and they where right but even then I was still denying that I was wrong." he paused and looked at me to make sure I was listening before continuing,"I will admit that I doubted your commitement in a hurry, and i greatly apologize for it I Know words may not be enough." he paused again trying to find the right thing to say," I came here to see if you would give me one more chance and make it up to you" I stood there in shock, my e/c eyes wide as I realize that the Edward Kenway is actually apologizing and also came up with this apology as well. My mind was screaming no, while my heart was saying yes. There where two figures on my shoulder, one angel saying 'yes, you need him and he needs you, look at how he changed and the way he apologized he truly cares. Then, there was the devil who was saying 'no, do not take him back remember how quickly he doubted you and all of the pain he felt. I could no choose one so I chose the middle ground. "Yes" I say cautiously and thought for a moment, "but, you have to really make it up to me and we both have a lot of things to work on and to forgive each other for" Edward smiled brightly his blue eyes lightens up as he walks over a gives me kiss in the cheek.
