Loud music blasted out of the speakers as Jade and her friends walked into the house. Sweaty bodies grinding on each other to the beat of the music. The house smelled of nothing but booze, weed, and fun which made Jade grin with excitement.
Jade walked to the kitchen to get her a drink. She grabbed a cup from a guy who was handing them out. She turned to her friends and smirked.
"Well girls, after weeks of studying for exams and whatnot we finally get to have some fun. So grab you a drink and let's get to partying!"
Jade and her friends lifted their cups and clinked them together. They all chugged the alcohol and sat them on the table.
"I don't know about you girls but I'm about to hit the dance floor." Sam, one of Jade's friends, said.
She walked to the middle of the room and started dancing to the beat. The other girls laughed and joined her.
After a while Jade told the girls she would get some more drinks. She went into the kitchen and saw the table only had one cup left. She reached her hand out to grab it and another landed on top.
"Oh...sorry. I didn't see you there." The owner of the hand said.
Jade looked up and smiled. She saw a beautiful girl standing in her front of her.
"No, I'm sorry. You can have it if you want." Jade said.
"Thank you." The girl said. She reached from the girl and started drinking. "I'm Leigh-Anne by the way."
"I'm Jade."
"Nice." Leigh-Anne nodded her head. "Do you want some?"
"Sure." Jade took the cup from Leigh-Anne and started drinking it.
Leigh-Anne took this time to stare at Jade's face. She started at her eyes, they were mostly covered by the cup but she noticed they were a nice crown color. And her beautiful eyelashes fluttered against the rim of the cup. Leigh-Anne's eyes made their way down towards Jade's beautiful structured face picking up every detail she could. All-in-all Jade was the most beautiful person Leigh-Anne has ever seen.
Jade set the cup down and caught Leigh-Anne staring at her.
"What is it? Is there something on my face?"
"No." Leigh-Anne said. "Do you want to dance?"
Jade smiled and nodded. Leigh-Anne grabbed her hand and they both walked to the dance floor. Leigh-Anne let go of Jade's hands and stepped in front of her.
She spun around so that her butt was pressed against Jade's front. She moved her hips in a circular motion in time to the music. Jade was so mesmerized by the girl's hip movement.
Leigh-Anne turned around so that they were face-to-face and put Jade's hands on her hips. She wrapped her arms around Jade's neck and moved her hips.
"Is this fine?" Leigh-Anne asked. Jade nodded, upon to form words.
Leigh-Anne smiled and started grinding harder catching the other girl off guard.
Leigh-Anne spun around again and wrapped Jade's arms around her waist and rested the back of her head on Jade's shoulder.
"You know," Leigh-Anne started, "this has always been my favourite song ever since it came out."
Jade focused on the song, unable to recognised it. "I've never heard of it."
"Really?" Leigh-Anne said with a hint of surprise in her voice. "It's on the radio every single day."
"I guess I never turn in the radio in time to hear it."
"Guess so."
The girls danced in silence for the rest of the song until they heard a voice call out Jade's name.
Jade turned her head towards the sound and saw her friend Sam walking over to her.
"Jade, Becca is pissed drunk and we need to get her home now." Sam said.
"Oh." Jade said, a little disappointed she had to leave so soon. "Can you wait for me in the car? I have to do something really quick."
Sam nodded. "Okay but don't take too long."
Jade nodded and turned back to Leigh-Anne. "I'm sorry I have to leave. I had a good time dancing with you."
"Me too." Leigh-Anne said. "Maybe next time we'll be able to go a little longer."
"I hope so." Jade said. She stared at the girl for a while before turning and walking towards the door. She waved at Leigh-Anne one last time before leaving.
