Ciel awoke with a large headache comparable to a bad hangover, the curtains still drawn close with little light shining through.
"Sebastian.." He groans, shifting away from the few light beams.
"You're awake." The butler stands in the bathroom door, a towel around his waist and his hair gleaming with water.
Ciel beheld the demon's body, "...did you use my bathroom...?"
"I apologize, but I decided to take a quick shower before you awoke, Ciel." He walks to the bed, the towel doing little to cover himself, his masters' wide eyes on him, "how do you feel?" He sits on the bed, speaking softly.
"My head feels like it's splitting open and my ass hurts, my hips are sore. What happened last night..?" Blue eyes met red and Sebastian smirked.
"I'm sure you know the answer." Said the butler as he kissed him lightly, Ciel nearly fell over when Sebastian pulled away to prepare the Earls tea, handing it to him.
"Earl Grey as usual." He sips it and leans against the head board, remembering the night before, images of Sebastian on top of him intruding his mind, "oh lord... " he closes his eyes, "it wasn't a dream..?"
"No, Ciel, it was not. I simply followed your orders. Are you hungry? I have yet to prepare breakfast." When Ciel looked at him again, he was dressed and sipping his own cup of tea.
"Give me a bath first." He sets the tea aside, moving to the edge of the bed "and quit calling me 'Ciel'!!" He yells as his butler goes to prepare the bath with a small chuckle.
Sebastian returns and picks up the teen, laying him in the warm water. Silence fell as Ciel tried to gather his thoughts."My lord.."
"It was only because of that damn drug. It meant nothing" Ciel props his elbow on the edge of the tub opposite to Sebastian, resting his chin on the knuckle and looking away from his butler.
"My lord, I wish not to ignore what happened. I am well aware of your feelings towards me."
"My feelings toward you, as you say, are none of your business. Last night happened because I was in need of certain... Services."
"I see.." Sebastian grabs Ciel's chin, forcing them to look at each other, "I may be a demon, but I am not immune to these foolish mortal feelings!" The younger visibly flinches at the yelling, "Whether you choose to accept how you feel or not, I will be affected."
Ciel wrenches his face out of the demon's grip, growling he backhands him, "Never raise your voice at me!! Do not forget you are merely my servant till the day you take my soul!!" angry and sorrowful tears fill Ciel's eyes and look away once more, "I don't need a sentimental demon at my feet. Especially one that is to kill me." Ciels face hardens and he glares at his butler, "It won't help either of us to continue a meaningless relationship until then."
With a sigh, Sebastian gently washes his lord, silently contemplating the situation.
Ciel intentionally looses himself in thought, trying to pry his mind away from last night when questions started to badger him.
"Sebastian... Why did you want me to call you by 'Michaelis' when we..." He trails off.
"It is because that is my real name." Sebastian answers quietly as he stands, holding up a towel as Ciel stands as well and steps out of the bathtub, "As you know, the name 'Sebastian' is what you named me. It is only a pet name. For demons, they add their real name on as what mortals call 'last names'. You will never see demons address each other by names given to them by their masters." Sebastian explains while he dries off Ciel and dresses him.
"Ah, so that's why you always call Claude "Faustus".."
"I would much rather not hear that demons name... Not after what he tried to do to you."
"Jealousy does not suit you." Ciel chuckles and sits on his bed, letting his butler pull on the stockings and clips.
"You are mine, after all." He slips on Ciels small-heeled shoes.
"That reminds me... He said something about taking "'body and soul' and how most demons do so.."
"Yes, most demons enjoy to completely destroy their contractors before devouring their souls, this includes sex and inevitable heartbreak." He stands up and begins tying the eye patch.
"He said you weren't that type of demon." Ciel hops off the bed, groaning a bit, "you could've been a little gentler last night.."
"I apologize, and I do not enjoy doing such things with my prey." He opens the door and follows Ciel out, only to be stopped by the three servants, May-Rin, Finny, and Baldroy.
"We heard... Noises last night." The dust blonde says as he lights his cigarette.
"Let's go to the study" Ciel walks past them as he walks there, trying to walk somewhat normal and ignoring the pain emanating from his ass. Sebastian smirks and bends to his ear, "Mmm, it's amusing to see you hobble. Perhaps we should have some more fun tonight."
"Tsch. I thought you said you didn't like doing that with your prey." Ciel whispers back as he tries to walk naturally, trying not to groan at the pain in his lower half.
"I cannot tell a lie, last night was the best night I've spent with a human." He chuckles at Ciel's blush and opens the door to the study, Baldroy glances at Sebastian as he enters with the other two servants, they stand in front of Ciel as he sits in a lavish chair. He sighs at the comfort the chair brings to his sore ass.
"Why are you crying, May-Rin?" He takes the freshly poured tea from Sebastian and sips it. The maid jumps at her name and looks between Ciel and Sebastian.
"I-I didn't think... That you two were.." Her crush on the demon was obvious and now she was destroyed that her chances with him are gone.
"Sebastian would never have gone for you. He is not taken, but has no interest in dating at the moment." Ciel calmly states, sipping the tea gracefully.
"Yes, ma 'ord" Mey-Rin looks up Sebastian, wanting confirmation to Ciels words.
"He is not incorrect," Sebastian replies to her look, he stands behind Ciel's chair.
"Now then, shall I explain the events of last night?" With the nods from his servants, Ciel grumbles, "While you three were tending to your duties, I decided to get a drink. I didn't realize the wine I had picked was so strong and so when Sebastian came to my room that night, I enticed him. Any questions? I am quite hungry and I have work to tend to."The three shared a look.
"If this gets out.." Baldroy looks at Ciel.
"It won't." Ciel leans back, rubbing his temple.
"What will Lady Elizabeth think?!" Finny blurts out, blushing profusely the entire time, "she'll be heartbroken, the poor girl!"
"I have no intent on marrying her. Besides last night will not be repeating itself, will it, Sebastian?" He stands up and walks to the door.
"Of..course not, my lord." The disappointment in Sebastian's voice was unaddressed.
"See?" He reassured his staff, "Sebastian, make my breakfast and deliver it to my office."
"Yes, my lord" Sebastian bows as Ciel leaves before turning to the three servants, "I do not want any of you mentioning what has happened, is that understood?" His voice is cold by calm, sending chills down the backs of the three.
"YESSIR!!" They solute.
