"My lord, I have returned." Night had dawned while Sebastian was away, his lord still at the writing desk having refused to rest before his butler had returned. Sebastian smiled at his sleeping master and quietly approach. "My lord? Are you awake?" Getting no response, he picked up the teen and noticed an elegant letter he had been sleeping on.
He laid Ciel on a sofa, going to open the letter before noticing an odd beetle shaped seal had already been broken. Curious more than earlier, he removed the letter from a mysterious lady.

My Sweetest Ciel,
I was surprised to hear you needed my help with such a delicate matter and I regret to inform you that I could not find much on the cult you described, while the mark you provided was useful. What I did find was they disbanded after a supposed "hellfire" overtook their headquarters. None survived, but the cult has branches across London. I pressed for more information, but my informant had a rather tragic ...accident. I do hope this letter was helpful in your search.
Yours truly,
Madam Beetle.

"Sebastian.." Ciel startled the other as he sat up exhausted, "Take me to bed.." He looked at his butler and the letter he held.
"If I may ask, who is Madam Beetle?"
"An acquaintance I met while at the masquerade ball two months ago." He yawned and stretched, a rather foul odor starting to bother him, "What is that smell? It's like rotten eggs!" His nose scrunched up.
Sebastian quickly smelt himself, "I apologize, my lord, I will wash right away." He gestured for Ciel to follow him out.
"Where did you go to obtain such a smell?" Ciel got up from the sofa and followed his butler down the hall.
"Hell tends to smell of sulfur. But I did pay a visit to an old friend of mine. He's going to come and examine you." He looked back at Ciel, "I'll have your schedule cleared for that afternoon."
A sigh escapes the teen, "very well.." he sat on his bed still unsure about the situation. "What about the contract?" He looked at Sebastian.
"It still stands regardless of the child." He starts to undress the teen. Ciel, however, resists and hides. "Ehem."
"..I'm fat.." he pouts crossing his arms. The always skinny teen suddenly body-conscious, much to the demons dismay.
"Ciel." He sighs, "it is what happens when one is pregnant." Ciel mumbles and lays down away from his butler still clothed. "Would you rather change by yourself?"
"Yes actually!" He huffs.
"Very well." Sebastian laid the pajama wear on the bed before leaving.
