*notes: This is in the normal Undertale universe, takes place after a recent reset. I have no clue how to make these two interact I tried but I failed anyways.

*pairing: Classic! Sans x Classic! Chara
—————————————————————

Sans was not fond of using his teleportation powers since they tended to leave him weak, and made him feel so drained that it was like his bones were made of pure lead.

With his low HP, it wouldn't even be much of a mystery why. So when he had teleported, face-first, into the cold snow of Snowdin forest it took him some time before he gained consciousness. And when he did, the first thing that he felt was the kid in his arms- the kid that was not Frisk, no, no, they weren't up to par with Frisk; holding unto his ratty shirt like it was some sort of lifeline. Which it was not, and Sans could not help the frown that etched it's way to his face.

He gave a throaty cough. "geez, that was close." he gave the biggest sigh of relief when he looked around and found themselves in the middle of Snowdin forest. In his arms, the kid, Chara- more appropriately, did not stir. Sans propped himself up with one hand, shaking from too much pressure he exerted the second he recovered. Chara stirred because he was certain that they could hear his bones rattling in their place. His other arm was still wrapped around Chara for supporting the kid up. "kiddo, chara- if we stay here for long," Sans started as he tried to get the kid to listen for one damned second was all he needed at the moment.

But Chara didn't seem to be listening.

"we, I mean, you could catch somethin' nasty." he drawled in a monotone voice. Was he concerned? No, definitely not. He would be sick to even be concerned about a murderer. No, that was not quite right, Chara never did murder anyone. She only supported the human that went on Genocide runs. This kid caused the death of so many monsters, including Sans' own brother himself. As ironic as it was, this kid, Chara- they were a monster that he had met through countless of resets.

Even if the Dreemurr family tried to prove that Chara, would be the shining example that the humans had changed.

"C-Comedian..." Chara's voice was almost choked as she struggled to take a regular breath. Sans didn't miss the sight of holes, where she was impaled by his bone attacks- over and over again. He didn't want to see anymore, Chara tried to say something else but he covered her mouth.

"somehow you don't have'ta say much to give me a headache." he sighed and set Chara down on the ground, rather sharply but it wasn't like he cared anyways. Lifting himself off the ground he shook the snow off himself. He moved towards the side to get a better view of the place. Up ahead, was the cage that Papyrus had cleverly constructed. Except it was too big for it to trap even the biggest monsters. Even though it was designed for humans, they could still pass it. He turned to look at Chara staring at him on the ground, their blood-red eyes calculating and rather cold.

He extended a hand out to gesture to the contraption. "see that? any moment now, the human will pass and you had better stay away- y'hear me? the second you do, stay away from paps. friendly word of advice, chum." his eye socket flashed a dangerous shade of yellow and blue mixed together as Chara gave a yelp and cowered in the snow. Sans diminished it in a second and gave an amused snicker.

"heh." Satisfied from the dominance he'd shown over them, Sans gave a soft sigh and observed as his breaths came out in white puffs. "welp," he started and tucked his hands into his pockets as he stared down at Chara. "i'm off. try not to get into any trouble, chara." he spat their name like it was venom, an insult to even say it. He turned and heard the snow crunch underfoot, prepared to go home and face Papyrus like all the other resets from so long ago. He was fairly certain that Chara was still glaring at him, their eyes boring holes at the back of his skull.
