Just A Little Awkward

ABIGAIL'S POV

Olivia and I were doing the sprinkler when Dylan did this weird motion. (Idk if u guys have seen Stiles do the sprinkler when he was dancing with that girl in Dereks loft but that is what Dylan did)

I burst our laughing and Dylan smiled. Tyler slowly made his way toward us. Dylan pretended to throw the lasso and pull Tyler to him. Tyler played along making us laugh harder.

*someone taps on microphone and music is turned down low*

"Attention everyone I would like to say a few words about my daughter and her new husband Devon" Jessica's dad announced. Everyone took seats.

Olivia say next to me and tyler and Dylan across from us. For the whole speech I kinda zoned out until everyone was clapping.

"Food will now be served."

"Thank god!" The boys said in unison.

We all smiled and went to get our food.

It was a buffet so I grabbed some steak and mashed potatoes and corn and iced tea. I took my seat back at the table and waited for the others.

Tyler came back next. I just smiled at him and he smiled and we ate out food in silence. It was kinda awkward to be honest.

Dylan came back and he started eating. I was looking down at my plate when I heard a groan come from across the table.

My head shot up as Dylan stuffed his face with mashers. I coked on my food as his eyes rolled to the back of his heads.

Olivia and came back and looked at us. "There's something wrong with you people." she joked.

So we all ate in silence. Awkward silence. We all just kinda looked around avoiding each others gazes.

I mean we r still strangers like all I kno is his name is Dylan and stuff.

"Dylan!" an old lady said as she walked up to us.

"Hi grandma." dylan greeted.

His grandma sat next to me and introduced herself. Talk about awkward. I didn't know what to say to her.

"You know Dylan here likes you right." his Grandma (I thought was) joking

Dylan choked on his food and left the table and I sat there blushing.

"Well this is awkward." Tyler said
