BFF's Right? (Fuma x Reader)

Even though Fuma was the most handsome student in the entire school, in his entire life he's never developed any feelings for anyone, ever. After all, he and I have been best friends since before we left our mothers' wombs so I would know. Whenever I asked him for an update on his feelings, he'd always say the same thing, "Same as always"

I restated the best moment of the day as we were walking home, "I can't believe Marius shouted he's gay for Sou and the professor actually believed him! I laughed so hard I couldn't breath."

Fuma chuckled in response, "I know right it was hilarious."

But all of a sudden, we found a girl from our class charging to us at the speed of light with a pink envelope in hand.

"Fuma, I've had a crush on you since the first week of school. Please accept this letter of confession." the innocent girl said as she lifted the envelope up to him with both hands, her head facing the ground.

Fuma sighed and answered, "I'm sorry Kurumi... but I can't return my feelings back for you. Please forgive me."

She looked up at him, her eyes filled with tears and despair. She ran away without saying anything. I sighed, thinking that this was the 6th time this week alone someone from our school confessed how much they like Fuma. Not going to lie, I do have a slight crush on him too, but we're best friends and it's Fuma's choice for who he wants to end up with.

"It's ok Fuma, I'm sure someone perfect is out there for you."

"I highly doubt it, I'm not interested in being with anyone anyway."

"Oh come on, you're smart, you're good looking, you're active in all sorts of clubs, any girl would be lucky to have you! I know you'll find the perfect girl out there, as perfect as you."

Fuma took a halt, facing the ground, his bangs covering his eyes, "You gotta stop doing that."

I innocently looked at him, "What?"

He raised his head back up and looked me in the eyes,"Saying things that make me wanna kiss you..."

My face flushed like a tomato, "W-what?"
