Jennifer's POV
"Miss? Would you like to take a seat, please." She said, I roamed my eyes around and I was the only standing, My eyes landed on William and he signaled me to sit beside him. I got no choice, I just let out a deep sigh and took a seat beside him.
"Okay Class. I would like to introduce myself to you. I'm Dra. Valentina Farrera. And I'm gonna be your new professor here in this subject."
She said as the others start to murmur
"Unfortunately, Dr. Stanford had to fly to New York for some important personal reason so I'm gonna be the one who is handling this subject starting today. And I really hope we can have a good ambiance inside this class and also outside. So, are we good?"
I looked at my classmates and they're all smiling as they all like her...
"Yes, Ma'am." They said in union and Michael, one of my classmates asked,
"Do you have a boyfriend, Ma'am?"
His question made her eyes widen but smiled after and they all start to make some noise. I rolled up my eyes and just took my book and starts to flip some pages,
"No. I don't have.." She said and there's a sigh of relief came out of my mouth. Well, I guess, I just should stop acting so delusional that maybe she and Harry are flirting behind my back.
"Not yet..." She added in a different tone which made me looked up at her.
She just smiled at us and turned her backflipping her hair as she starts to write something on the board.
Does it mean, she's planning to date with Harry? No fvcking way...
But what if, It's not Harry she was talking about..,
Well, aside from Dr. Rodriguez, Dr. Samuel.., and Harry. There is no other young professors here cause the rest are middle-aged men.
Harry is not the only young Doctor here she would date, Jennifer..so stop thinking so hard...
Harry said there is nothing going on between them cause they're only just old friends and nothing more. You just have to trust him...
My inner self reminded me.
I took a deep breath and just shove all the negativities inside my head and heart
The class ended, finally. I stood up as I get my bag about to go then William held my arm, making me face him
"Jen, wait." He said as he stood up
"Hmm?"
"I'd like to ask you if you are free this lunch? I'll be at the cafeteria. You can go there and find me. Or else, I'm gonna fetch you from your next class so we can go together. If you want." He said and smiled,
But my next class is Harry's class and I don't him to see me with William. He will absolutely think that William is courting me or something...
And I don't want him to think it that way...
"Uhm, maybe I'll just go there and find you. It will be great." I said and smiled
"Oh, okay then. I'll see you later, Jen." He said and what happened next made me shocked.
He tried to kiss my cheeks but I pulled away. I know he noticed it. He stopped for a while and I am too. This guy is such a jerk for stealing a kiss.
"I...I'm sorry Jennifer. I didn't mean it...I didn't mean to respect you. I'm so sorry.." He apologized and I just forced to smile at him,
"It's nothing. It's okay.." I said and smiled. Then He smiled too,
