I wake up in the nurse's office.

I wonder when I got here?

I get up and look into the mirror.

The black strands of my hair.

They're back.

I move my bangs so I can see my forehead.

Just as I thought.

The white scar, it's now red.

I see Raven behind me in the mirror, and turn.

"Raven?"

"You fainted in class," she sits down on the nurse bed.

"You're... not human," I stare at her eyes.

"Like you," she smiles.

"Didn't know a devil could smile," I smile back.

"... How'd you know?"

"Angels and devils don't really fit together you know, it's painful to be in the same room,"

"So... you're an angel?" She asks.

"Yeah," I frown.

"You don't look pure," She looks at me.

"Yeah... it's a long story," I look away.

The bell rings.

"It's break time," Raven looks at the door of the nurse's room.

"Wait, how long have I been asleep here?"

"Almost 3 periods," she smirked.

"Are you kidding?" I laugh and follow her outside.

When we go outside into the hall, she puts on her headphones again and we go to the lunch hall.

I sit with Raven and start eating the food I packed.

"Look who new girl's with," that blonde girl from earlier laughs with her friends, looking at Raven.

"What's... wrong with their attitude towards you?" I frown, looking at her.

"They hate me. Whole class thinks I'm weird," she looks at me and smiles.

"Wow."

"What?" Raven looks at me, confused.

"I wish I was like you! You're hated and despite that you smile," I smile.

"Whatever," she tries to hide her smile.

I continue eating my packed food and Raven pretends to read her non-English book while glancing at my food.

"Want some?" I offer her a piece of my food.

"Thanks," she smiles and eats a piece.

"What's that you're reading?" I ask her after finishing my food.

"History book about devils... dad forced me to read it,"

"... what's a devil doing here anyway?"

"Long story, you?"

"Yeah, me too, long story..." I smile.

The bell rings and we go back to class.

The school day continues, and I go back home.

The next day, I wake up a little early.

I wear a pink top, with a white cardigan and black pants.

I head to school with two lunch boxes.

Once I arrive at school, I sit down at my place and look at Raven.

"I brought you lunch," I hand her the lunch box.

Her face becomes red.

"Oh... Thanks!" She smiles and takes the lunch box.

"Lesbos," blonde, which I found out her name was Ven, laughs.

We head to the lunch hall and I ask her about her family.

"My dad is a devil but my mom is human," she looks at me.

"That's... weird,"

"You?" She asks.

"My mom's a fallen angel and my dad is a half angel," I laugh.

"Your family's weird," she laughs.

"Mom died though," my smile disappears.

"The angel group she belonged to, the Vesco's, killed her..." I flinch as I remember the memory.

"Oh..." she frowns.
