"What do you have for me today, Ki Sam-ssi?"

"Not much, Su Goh-ssi...the girl you ordered me to look for it had a fake name. I'm tracing back what I could get"

"Interesting. Fake name...is it a nickname?"

"No...but it is an name created by some author...it's similar to a stage name..."

"Oh, I see. Can you do me another favor?"

"Sure..."

"Install cameras around this address..."

"It is above that flower shop, right?"

"Yes...thank you very much"

Jungkook woke up very slowly that morning. He was still tired because of the events of the day before. He was a little sleepy as well as the other members when the manager called them. Ahem...not "them", but "him".

"Jungkook-ssi?"

"Yes?"- he was changing his clothes very quickly.

"Can you come here for a second?"

"Sure"- he walked to the living room and saw a well dressed man sitting on the couch with a load of paper placed in front of him.

"Hello. I'm the state's prosecutor, Ji Sang Hun. It's a pleasure to meet you"

"The pleasure is all mine"

"I would like to discuss about your trial that is going to happen in a few more days..".-he searched a paper among the pile while Jungkook reached his phone...

"I am going to call my  lawyer to settle this..."- the prosecutor grabbed Jungkook's phone...

"Let's settle this without her, just you and me, shall we?"

"Sure..."- Jungkook frowned. He knew something was wrong...he sat in front of Ji Sang Hun- "So...what exactly do you want to talk about with me?"

"Here is the thing, Jungkook-ssi: as the main prosecutor of the case, I wanted to offer you a deal"

"A deal that my lawyer is not allowed to hear, Sang Hun-ssi?"

"It is not much appreciated to let her hear our chit-chat..."

"Because it includes her, right?"

"Oh...so, you know that she is the victim's best friend? That simplifies my work then"- he handed out the paper with a pen for Jungkook to sign- "We both know that your trial can be avoided, since we have another suspect to blame. So, for your welfare, the Attorney General is offering to hand to you evidences against Yun Hee Ku and promising not to start an action against you as long as you turn in the evidences to the court"

What the hell...

"So, in other terms, you want me to start an action against Yun Hee Ku, in return of not having a trial for me?"

The prosecutor felt uneasy to see his words put in that way, twisting his facial expressions a bit...

"Technically, yes"

"And all I have to do is to sign this paper?"

"Yes"

"And all the press won't know a thing about it?"

"If you wish, we can make a public statement to declare you innocence"

Jungkook stared the document. That document could define BTS' future as well as Hee Ku's. He took a deep breath. All his problems would be gone with one little step: the group would get their reputation back, since the fandom was decreasing considerably from the time the news about Yoon Ji's death was out. On the other hand...he would be convicting Hee Ku...a stranger that he decided to put his faith on...he grabbed the pen...

Nari is so sweet and smart! I wish I could be like her one day. I'm glad to have her as my best friend!

His hand trembled. What the hell he was thinking! He gave the document back to the prosecutor...

"I think you should reconsider the offer, Jungkook-ssi...you are an idol and the fact that you are going to trial can leave a bad reputation to you..."

"I'm sure about my decision, Sang Hun-ssi. Thank you for your time"- he smiled to the prosecutor as he presented his hand to do the handshake. Sang Hun ignored him...

"You are committing a huge mistake, Jungkook-ssi, I must say...you won't get out with empty hands from this trial..."- Sang Hun left the file with evidences on the table- "I'm leaving it here if you ever change your mind..."

"I appreciate your kindness"- he said it in an ironic way.

Jimin walked through the door and saw the prosecutor leaving with an angry expression. He rubbed his eyes to make sure that it wasn't some illusion he was having, once lately there was many visits from attorneys, police, investigators...

"Hey Jungkook! What was the chit-chat today? I thought Hee Ku was your lawyer..."

"She is"

"Who is he then?"

"A prosecutor"

"Oh...what did he want?"

"A plea bargain"

Jimin frowned. What the hell was a "plea bargain" anyway? I mean, it was one of the terms the attorneys used, right?

"You are starting to talk like a lawyer...with all those complicated vocabularies..."-he drank his yogurt...

"I want to understand what is going on and I spend a lot of time with them"- he smirked a little.

"Isn't it a kind of thing that you should do with your lawyer?"

"Yes..."- he called Hee Ku and it ended in the message box. Why isn't she picking up? He tried again...it resulted just the same. He picked up the car keys...

"Where are you going?"- Jimin saw Jungkook rushing- "Hey!". Damn...he left...

---------------------------------------

Jungkook knocked on the door. He sighed. No answer from her either. He didn't think of other place than this to find her. They weren't close to him to know the places where she could be besides her own apartment. Well, he could tell she was a clumsy girl...look all those piece of papers on the floor...wait...what the hell? They were messages of hate towards Hee Ku from the armies...

He felt someone touching his shoulder...

"What a surprise to meet you here, Jungkook-ssi!"- Su Goh noticed what was in Jungkook's hands, turning his welcoming expression to a serious one in a matter of instants...-"Pass those to me..."

"What is going on...?"

"Don't tell Hee Ku about it!"

"Why not? She needs to know..."

"Does she really need to know how much she is hated among your fans? Don't be so selfish, Jungkook-ssi"

"She has the right to know that she is in danger!"

"She is not in danger"- he took the papers by force from Jungkook- "I'm here to protect her and you are only one hell of client! Do your job and I will do mine!"- he stormed out...
