The thought of him was everything. He was on my mind all the time. My heart was only for him when i seen him on the first day. I needed him, but i was just a little girl that fell in love with a bastard like him. " Are you happy, Mr.Mendes?"

I unlock the door to my house, " MOM! " i shout. No response. Of course she's probably at the hospital. Doing her shift.
I quickly run upstairs to take a quick shower. I strip of my clothes as i step into the steaming water that flows down hitting the tile. The water trickles down my back, it was such a relief. I shampoo my hair and wash my body. I do a quick shave and then get out. I wrap the towel around my shivering body and check the time 5:15 pm. I had try outs at 6:30pm, just enough time to finish my homework and get ready.
I walk across my soft white carpet and open the drawer to get my lingere and some house clothes for now. After blowdrying my hair, i quickly straighten it. 5:39 pm. the clock read, i run to my bookbag and get my homework out from Mr.Mendes. It was actually quite simple without the distraction. I packed my work and neatly tucked it into the folder. "Okay. Shower, check. Homework, check. And now try-outs, going to check. " i say to myself as i run upstair to my room to change. I head to my huge closet and look through my collection of dresses. I finally found the perfect dress. It was perfect to look formal for a violinist.

After changing i found my pearls and put them on. I did my makeup and was satisfied with my look. I reviewed myself in the mirror. Dress,check.Shoes,check. Makeup,check .Jewelry,check. I was ready to go and it was now 6:17pm.
I ran downstairs and grabbed my case with my violin and my purse with keys. I stepped out into my doorstep and locked my house. I texted my mom and told her i was leaving for try-outs. I then drove off to the auditorium.

I walked in and got checked in as i went backstage to get ready. People were already performing and they were amazing. I was so nervous because only 3 people could be picked and there was over 30. I quickly warmed up as they called my name. " Idalys Rojas" the man with a clip board and a shirt titled 'Volunteer' helped me to the stage. "Good luck" he said leaving me to be seated in the huge auditorium and lights beaming on me. I couldn't see a thing in the crowd because the lights were so bright. I tried focusing to find the judges but it was all pitch black. I waited for them to tell me to carry on, but i heard mumbling and soon the doors in the back of the auditorium opened but i couldn't see who it was. "Im sorry, Give us another 5 minutes before you begin. " The man who helped me onto the stage said as he stood right infront of me blocking the judges from seeing me.
Shawn's P.O.V
I was running so late and i hurriedly parked and ran into the huge building. "Shawn, your late. They're waiting for you because the other judge had to leave. Hurry and get in there." a man with a shirt that said 'Volunteer' guided me into the auditorium. I ran into the the huge room taking my seat by the other 2 judges. I came just on time because someone was already on the stage and a volunteer seemed to be talking to them. " Is this my first one?" i asked Caroline, who was a judge with me. She nodded her head and spoke into the microphone. "Okay hun, you may begin." she said. I looked to the stage as the volunteer moved out of the way so i could see the performers face.
Idalys's P.O.V
"Okay hun, you may begin." One of the judges said and the man moved out of the way. I still couldn't see them though which sucked. I took a deep breath and adjusted my seating and instrument. "okay" i mumered to myself as i sighed. And i began to play.
Shawn's P.O.V
The man moved and it was a girl. I couldn't see her face just yet because she was adjusting her self and she was dressed in a elegant dress. She then turned her head to look straight forward. Idalys? She looked nervous and she looked directly at me, but she didn't know she was. She played the violin? I was so surprised to see her. She looked very beautiful. Then she began to play and it took my breath away. I felt as if i was laying in a meadow with perfect weather and the perfect smell. She was undiscriable. She wasn't ordinary. She was the life of the party.

After she finished i was in complete shock. I didn't know what to say to her. She didn't even know i was here. Watching her play. I had tears threatening and i felt a tear trickled down my cheek but wiped it before someone could notice.
Idalys's P.O.V
I finished playing the last note and with a sigh of relief i finished. I just stayed there sitting and smiling to myself. I was proud of myself. I sat there until someone spoke up. I recognized the voice. It was familiar but i couldn't figure who it belonged to. " Um- that was very beautiful. I had a real connection with it. The notes were perfect and smooth. We will contact you in a way if you are chosen. Thank you and goodnight. " the male voice said. I smiled happily at the comments and walked off stage as the man handed me my case and i left out of the auditorium and it was late. It was pitch black and i checked the time 7:54 pm. i was ready to go to sleep. So i started the car and headed home.
Shawn's P.O.V
After Idalys left there was only 4 more people and we stayed to discuss who got in. " I liked Sara and Luci a lot. " Caroline says but all i think about was Idalys's performance. " Idalys Rojas" i mummer. "What?" Caroline asks. " I think we should put Idalys Rojas in it. I mean she killed it. She is extremely talented." i say sitting up in my chair correctly. "I definitely agree" Ian the other judge says looking at me. " So its Sara,Luci,and Idalys?" Caroline asks. " Yes" i agree nodding my head. My stomach had butterflies i was so happy for her. I couldn't wait to tell her. " Okay so i will give them a call" Ian says getting up out of his chair. " I will contact Idalys. Give me the envelope, i can give it to her. " i say. Ian hands me the package and i was thrilled to give it to Idalys tomorrow. She deserved it.

I got home and opened the package that i was going to give to Idalys. I went to my office which i had in my house and i typed up a letter that was from me to put in there. After i finished it i sealed the envelope again. Awaiting tomorrow to come and deliver the news to her.
