I walk down the drive way to my bug. Where Hook is standing. As I approach the car I asked. "What's up Hook?" Not the best approach but it was something. His eyes are tinged red and he reeked of rum.

"Swan. Is this why you left me?" He asks his voice matching Regina's. Both filled with anger and pain. "Killian calm down and let me explain." I said putting my hands on his chest.

"To hell with explaining. You left me. That's all to it." He said grabbing my arms with his hand and hook. The sharp hook digging into my skin. He flipped us so that i was trapped between him and my car. "Killian your hurting me." I said knowing that I would have bruises the next day. He didn't budge. He places something black on my wrist. I look down and see it's a cuff. The one used to cut off magic.

"Killian." I said looking at him dead in the eyes. "Now your all mine." He said starting to kiss my neck. "Stop! Hook please! STOP!" I screamed at him but he didn't listen his hook kept my hands in place as his hand roamed my body. I felt tears spring to my eyes and as I was about to start screaming again when someone else did.

"Stop!" Regina yelled from the front door. She had a fire ball in her hand and she had fixed her appearance. She had a grey right pencil skirt and a red blouse buttoned all the way up. Hook pulled himself away from me but kept my hands in place. "Or what?" He asked looking at the Mayor.

Regina blew out the flame and instead used her magic to send him somewhere and as soon as he disappeared my hands fell to my sides as I dropped to the floor. The brunette walked over to me. She placed her arm on my waist picking me up and wrapped her other arm around me. We walked to the mansion where she placed me on the living room couch. "What the hell Swan did I not teach you magic?!" She ask yelling at me. I nod my head and lift my arm with the cuff on it.

"Why'd you help me?" I ask after a while, my voice a quiet whisper. I look at Regina who sitting beside me on the couch. She looks at me and lets out a dry chuckle. "Right because I'm the Evil Queen. I'm not supposed to save anyone. Not supposed to be a hero." She said with tears brimming her eyes. "Because only heroes get a happy ending." She finished.

"Regina that's not why I asked. I asked because I took the man you love away from you. Broke your heart and yet you still saved me. Why?" I ask genuinely curious. I know that she's not the person she was before. She changed.

"Emma. Even if you had killed Robin no one deserves what Hook..." she trails off looking away from me. I feel tears start threatening to spill over my face. And I can't stop them this time. I cry. Actually I bawl my eyes out. Regina come close to me and gives me a half hug as I cry. This is the Regina I fell in love with.

After a while I look up to see her dazzling brown eyes looking back at me. Our lips mere inches away. My breath catches in my throat as I see how close we are. Regina must have noticed too as she gets up from the couch and walks toward the kitchen. I get up and wipe my face off. The only way you could tell I was crying was because of my sniffling and red eyes.

"Emma." Regina says before sighing and looking at me from behind the kitchen counter. She looks at me with such pain in her eyes and I wonder if I caused that. All of it?

"I'm sorry." She finishes. I look at her and I furrow my brows. "Why are you apologizing? Shouldn't it be the other way around?" I ask forgetting for a moment what had occurred  outside mere minutes ago. Regina shakes her head 'no' and a piece of dark brown hair falls on her perfect face.

"I know you where just trying to save an innocent life. And on top of it from me." She says exasperated. I look at her and see tears brimming her eyes. "I just. I thought that he loved me." She said a tear rolling down her face before continuing. "I thought he would be my happy ending." She says whispering this time.

"I'm sorry Regina." I say looking at my arm now covered in bruises. I look back up to see her walking towards me. She gently grabs my arm and passes her hand over it. Her hand glowing purple as she uses magic to heal my bruises. After she's done she doesn't move. She's still in front of me, a foot maybe two away from me and grabbing my wrist. I look into her eyes as I say the next words.

"If he left like that, then he doesn't deserve you. Never has. Never will."
