Mitch’s POV
*Week later*
Morgan’s been sleeping a lot now a day.
She’s almost out of all energy.
It’s getting me to a point, where I’m nervous.
She’s not eating, and we rarely talk.
I mean, come on.
We live together.
I called therapist 3 days ago, to schedule an appointment.
I’m starting to think if it was a good idea, or not.
She’ll hate me even more.
Ugh! *Smashes fist onto desk*
Why can’t everything go the way I wanted it to.
As I let out one last scream of anger, Morgan came running in.
Morgan’s POV
As I was finishing my shower, I hear a loud thud.
I just ignored it, thinking something fell.
But, then I heard Mitch yell.
I jumped out of the shower, and wrapped a towel around me.
I ran into him room to see his head in his hands.
“What’s wrong?” I franticly spoke.
“You, you’re driving me insane” Mitch said.
“I feel like all your drama is getting to a point, where it’s just stupid.” He accused.
“I-I… I didn’t know that’s how you felt about me.”
“I can leave if you want” I mumbled.
“Yes, frankly I want you to just leave for a bit.
I need to get my mind back on my life, and not yours.” Mitch spoke.
As I turned around, I tried to hide my tears starting to form.
I put some clothes on, and grabbed my jacket.
Once I got outside, I had no idea where I was going to go.
I could always just take a walk.
But, I need something that would take longer.
When Mitch gets mad, he’s mad for a while.
He’s not just like, “Okay I forgive you.”
He’s more like “Okay, were done. Goodbye”
But, that’s what scares me the most.
He’s so important to me.
He saved me, TWICE!
I’m just here, the annoying girlfriend.
She drives not only herself insane, but her boyfriend too.
As I started to walk, it started to rain.
Great.
Just what I needed.
I actually didn’t mind rain, I frankly enjoy walking in it.
But, now I feel like I have nothing left of me.
I’m just kind of here.
Not really breathing, or living.
As I keep on walking I get to a park.
There was another boy there.
He was tall, with black hair.
He also had blue gray eyes, and fare pale skin.
He looked like he could be my twin or something related.
As I sat down, he looked over and smiled.
I had to admit he was really nice.
We talked for 2 hours.
I found out his name is Dakota.
I’m just scared to know what Mitch would say if he saw.
He kicked me out to be fair.
What did he expect me to do?
Just sit around and not do nothing.
It was now 10 pm and I had to go home.
Mitch probably won’t even talk to me.
So I might as well go home now.
Dakota offered to drive me home, since it was getting late.
But before he dropped me off, he got me a sub to eat when I got home.
Before I got out of the car to go inside, I gave him a quick hug and thank you.
Then we exchanged numbers. (Just friend guys :D lololol)
*Inside*
Once I got inside Mitch looked worried, but his face softened as he saw me.
“I was worried sick! I thought you left me for good.” He exclaimed.
“Its fine, I guess.”
“I’m back now, so carry on with your life” I said.
“Look Morgan, what I said was wrong.”
I’m so sorry, I keep screwing up.” He spoke.
“It’s okay, it was mostly my fault.”
“I’m just stupid, and have this life.”
“I’m sorry I can’t control it. You just have to deal with it, because this is me.” I whispered.
Then we hugged it out.
He asked me where I got the sub, and whose car that was.
I told him everything from walking alone, to meeting Dakota.
I made sure to make it extra clear to him that Dakota and I are just friends.
He said it is fine; just to make sure he doesn’t hurt me.
Which I totally understand.
He’s being protective.
When really, I should be protected from Mitch.
He’s hurt me more then he promised.
But, oh well.
At least he says sorry, and I actually believe it.
