My yawn echoes around the bathroom as I flush the toilet, walking over to the sink to wash my hands. It's the middle of the night and the babies have gotten into the habit of waking me up every night to pee. I look in the mirror and take in my stomach, seeing the relatively large bump underneath my singlet.
This the largest I've been when I'm pregnant. With Harlow and Mary, my belly didn't get too big. But looking at myself now, I know I'm going to be huge by the end of it. But I'm not going to lie, I have missed being pregnant. I place my hands on either side of my stomach and smile, closing my eyes in content for a moment
"Sam!"
I tense up and glance towards the door, before rushing out as quickly as possible. I sprint towards my room, hands cradling my stomach as I hear my husband crying out his brother's name. Sam reaches the room at the same time as me, gun in hand and ready to fire. We both rush in and skid to a stop, looking towards the bed.
Dean writhes around on the bed, his forehead covered in sweat as he whispers in anguish, "No! No, no."
The sight of him in so much distress is hard to look at. I notice that the arm with the mark on it is tightened up, his hand balled into a fist. I know that it has something to with these nightmares and its really putting me on edge.
Mary's cries begin to float down the hallway and I sigh, looking towards Sam, "I better go to her."
He nods, "I'll come with you."
We make our way towards her room and open it up, seeing her sitting up in bed with tears down her cheeks. The night light provides us enough light to enter the room without tipping over anything. Sam takes a seat in the rocking chair while I go down and sit next to my daughter.
"It's okay sweetheart, Dada's just having a nightmare." I whisper, sitting up against the headboard and pulling her to my side.
She sniffles as I wrap my arms around her, and gently stroke her back. Her eyes drift close and I know she'll be back asleep before I know it. I look over towards Sam and see him letting out a yawn, his hands rubbing his face.
"Why don't you try and get some sleep?" I suggest.
He shakes his head, settling back into the seat, "I don't think I can. Why were you up?"
I sigh and shake my head, "You're nieces or nephews like to play soccer with my bladder every night."
"Hmm, I bet you didn't miss that." He murmurs and I shake my head, "No. So between that and Dean tossing and turning every night, I don't really get that much sleep."
"He does this every night?" He asks, his eyebrows knitting together.
I give a nod of my head, "They're usually not that bad, but yes... They've gotten worse."
"I'm worried about him Addy." Sam says, a heaviness in his voice, "The mark is really taking his toll on him."
"I know. But we've been searching for something, anything to help him and we keep coming up with squat." I say, frustrated with this whole situation.
He seems lost in thought before he looks to me, murmuring quietly, "Not everything."
His words cause me to raise an eyebrow, wondering what he's up to, "What're you thinking?"
"I think I might have a plan."

I munch on the crisps in front of me, completely starving. My appetite has gotten insane this past month and I'm always hungry. I sit across from Sam in the library as he's on the phone to the angel, asking him to meet him later on. Mary reaches for the food and offer her the bowl, my eyes locked on Sam as he speaks. Footsteps draw my attention and I look over, seeing Dean walk in with his morning cup of coffee.
