Scarborough Shoal: The Tale of my Noble Aviator

Part 1

SERIES OF EVENTS: MOVIE INTRODUCTION

A. There is an airplane taking off in the sky. While the plane is doing so, Pia opened the car window and she looked into the plane that is taking off.

B. While the Flag of China is rising, Amelia and her soldiers are singing the Chinese National Anthem in the aircraft carrier that is docked in Scarborough Shoal.

C. Pia is reporting in the television. When the director said cut, Pia sighed heavily.

INT. PIA'S CONDOMINIUM-EVENING

PIA EVANGELISTA-MADRIGAL, a young journalist who is very successful and very beautiful. She has a very positive and a very strong personality making her successful on her career. But despite her fame, she still feels empty. To cope with her feeling of emptiness, drinking beer and bar hopping is her sweet escape.

Pia got a can of beer inside her refrigerator.

While drinking, she is scanning her achievements as a journalist in the magazine that she is the main model and the main topic.

PIA

Never in my dreams na maisip ko na mangyayari pa sa akin ito.

Pia smirked and drank more beer and scanned her phone. While doing so, she saw the pictures of Chinese Naval Aviators lead by Amelia selfishly guarding the Scarborough Shoal.

PIA

Aha, bingo! I smell a big scoop again!

EXT. SHORE-MORNING

DANIEL VILLEGAS, A handsome homosexual man on his early thirties. He is the manager, boss, and the one who directs the news shows of Pia. For him, Pia is not just his talent; he treats Pia as if his own niece.

DAN

Pia, sure ka ba dito?

PIA

Oo naman direk, kayang kaya ko ito! Ngayon ka pa ba nag-duda sakin?

DAN

Hindi naman sa ganun darling, kaso delikado nakaka-loka!

PIA

Hindi yan! Matagal na natin ginagawa ito ano! Ondoy, Yolanda at Syria nga nairaos natin ito pa. Halika na boss para maaga tayo makabalik ulit!

DAN

Oh siya siya halika na!

Pia and her crew's boat went to Scarborough Shoal.

EXT. SCARBOROUGH SHOAL- MORNING(a little later)

DAN

Okay guys we are here. Ready lang tayo lagi okay? Especially you Pia.

Pia is taking pictures.

DAN

PIA?!

PIA

Senyora!

Dan shook his head. Suddenly, he saw something that shocked him.

DAN

(scared)

Oh my gosh ayan na sila! Pia alis na tayo!

The Chinese Coast Guards are already approaching them.

PIA

Sus, para yan lang?! Lalo pa nga ako nainspire mag-picture eh!

Pia took pictures of the coast guards that are into them.
