The rest of the week went well, nothing big happened. Aiden kept waiting for me outside my class before break, and after school. Most of the days he kept coming to my house at night, and we would play board games, read each other's stories or just talk.
After the weekends, it was back to Monday. I thought the week would pass by normally, but I was wrong. Drama spiced it up. Drama between the 'power' couple; Mandy and Jake. The look cute together, always having fun together, and do almost everything in a pair; but apprently things went downhill. Jake is in the same form class as me, and he was caught talking or 'flirting' with the girl that sits in front of him, Josephine, who's apparently the biggest flirter we know. With the skirt so high, and an obvious cleavage, who doesn't want her? All the boys are practically drooling over her. Disgusting.
Anyway, they always quarrel whenever they meet nowadays. Although Mandy changed a lot when they got together, from a shy mouse to a too brave tiger, and we hated her ever since. She's becoming more of a Josephine.
Both Aiden and I were walking to the hall, but then we saw Jake and Mandy, walking towards each other without realising, as Jake was running, and Mandy's eyes were glued to the phone screen. It resulted him knocking onto her, and she dropped her books and phone.
"Hey! What the fuck?" Mandy shouted, causing a commotion.
"I'm sorry, that wasn't on purpose I swear-"
"Hell right it wasn't on purpose! Fuck off!"
We just watched as Jake continued running, slower now, and Mandy bending down, with her ass up, tryig to pick up her books. I insisted to help and gave ny things to Aiden.
I bent down, in a more formal way, and helped pick her things up.
"I'm sorry for the problems," I apologised even if I wasn't part of it. Everyone seems to do it, so why not?
"Thanks, but you don't know what's going on." She replied, monotonously.I just nodded my head and both of us stood up. I smiled at her, she did, but only for one second before she pulled the grumpy face and walked away.
"She's weird. One second she will be hanging out with him and her friends, another second she would be going mad all over and throwing tantrums here and there." Aiden responded to the situation while giving me my books.
"Yeah.. But I think she's mad, like really mad. It felt like they are going to break up any soon." I said while we began walking to the hall and finding a spot to sit on the floor.
"Because, the past few days they don't seem to get along anymore. They would avoid each other, even conversations about one another. The chemistry isn't there anymore."
We sat down, and infront of us was Mandy and her friend.
"Jake is honestly so annoying. He's such a fuckboy? I can't even," Mandy remarked.
"But he's your boyfriend.." her friend replied.
"I know! But, UGH! Don't you get it?"
"You want to break up with him?"
She was about to say something but the emcee interrupted her.
