reflexively, i do what your note says as i turn around to be met with you and a single tsubaki, that you soon placed in my hair, brushing some of it out of my face in the process.

such a simple gesture can make my heart flutter, but only because it's from you.

"these 3 months have made me the happiest of all grapes. i know you won't admit it completely, but i'm sure you feel something for me as well."

ignoring my wide eyes & my flustered state, he gets down on 1 knee and looks up at me, rather than i looking up at him. "will you be my girlfriend, for the longest of time?" he asks before gazing deeply into my eyes.

"of course, it would be my honor to be ms. grape."

and in the empty hallway, we envelop our lips together for what seems like ages.
