August and I walked hand in hand into the class laughing about something stupid he must have said. I sat in my usual seat as he sat to right, poking my arm once again, sending my mind on the journey back to the day I met him.

A blush crept onto my cheeks that was soon slapped off by the sharp slam of the door.i looked over to see Malcolm's angry ass storm into the room and take a seat at the room.

A blonde girl touched his arm in a soothing manor, but was rewarded with a simple shrug and grunt from Malcom.

"Who the fuck pissed in your cereal bro" August asked with a chuckle, resulting in a smirk to form on Malcolm's face
"Man they really tryin me, they really fucking tryin me" he grunted.
"Ite bet, I'll hit you up later" said Aug with a reassuring look as he squeezes my thigh under the desk. A smile crept onto my face as Mr.Thomas cleared his throat,

"Now that shits over, can we get onto my lesson since you the King now Malcom" he smirked, earning a deep chuckle from Malcom

"Fuck outta here man"
"Alsina, get the fuck outta my class and stop stalking my students" he chuckled lowly, as august replied with a "Cant help it sir, can't help it"

We were still sitting in government 30 mins later, discussing the theme of equality.

"... and it's completely unfair to do so" Angela completed her sentence with a smile full of her pride, happy with her contribution to the class.
"How about you Miss Savage? What's your perspective on this trivial matter?" He asked with a quizzical eyebrow raised.

"Well..." I began "I completely agree. I believe myself to be an open minded individual that can become accustomed to different beliefs, but it doesn't hinder my factual viewpoint. It is completely illogical to judge or discriminate against another human due to the colour of their skin or the god that they praise. We are all put on this earth to serve a purpose, and sabotaging that purpose by only believing that amazing opportunities are only reachable by you and your "own kind" presents you as , to say the least, uneducated and ignorant. Ignorance is not an admirable quality- which is why it bothers me so deeply that majority of the population is made up of so much of it.

If everyone were to let go of their unreasonable belief that people are not the same if you wipe away the face-value exterior, the world would be a much better place to live in" I ended my speech with a sigh, wishing that my own ancestors would have heard my speech, and it might have impacted them to change their own ignorant and selfish minds.
