Part 4: How will I?

I was sitting beside the window thinking about what happened last week. Nikki never talk to me since then, I just don't want to...grr, why should I think about that?
Someone poke me twice at the shoulder
"Hey kai, Anong nangyare sa inyo ni Nikki? Di kayo nag kikibuan netong buong week ah, may problema ba kayo? Aayiiiiieee LQ"

"Tigilan mo nga ako lowell please, wala ako sa mood ngayon makipag kulitan"

"Nga pala kai, bakit kaya hinde pumasok si Nikki, tatlong araw na diba? Puntahan kaya natin sa bahay niya mamaya, walang hihinde dun na lang magrereview, malapit na din naman prelim exams eh"

"Hoy teka lang, pano mo naman nalaman bahay Ni Nikki? Stalker ka noh?" I look at Lowell's eyes, the looks of being suspicious.

"Huy wag mo Kong tingnan na ganyan, kilala mo ko kai" he walk outside and pulled Heidi "ito talagang pandak na toh ang nakakaalam kung saan nakatira si Nikki eh" pointing his finger at Heidi and his right hand place on Heidi's head.

While Lowell pulling Heidi, she struggled and said "Get you dirty hand off me" Heidi sneered at Lowell

"Ooooh..... Galit na ata ang batà" Lowell teased Heidi and raises his right hand and resting it at Heidi's head

"Sabi nang wag mong ilalagay sa ulo ko yang kadiri mong kamay" Heidi parted Lowell's hand.

"Guuuys!!" I shouted. They both look at me and i already got their attention.

"Alam niyo, ang cute nyo tingnan, bagay kayo" their both went into silence and just a few seconds past.

"Ano bang pinagsasabi mo diyan kai? Hinde bagay sakin toh, ang Liit Liit Neto eh, saka pre otaku ako, at mahilig siya sa Kdrama, preeee mataas standards niyan sa lalaki" Lowell complained.

"Hoy lalaki tigil tigilan mo yung kakatawag mo sakin maliit ah, pag ako nang gigil sayo puputulin ko yan ano mo, nang di na dumami lahi mo" Heidi replied to Lowell's complain.

"HOY! Tigil na, nagbibiro lang ako. By the way, tama ung sinabi Ni lowell, na bisitahin natin si Nikki sa bahay nila"

"Wushuuuu, mamimiss mo lang lalabs mo eh" Lowell said while doing a ridiculous smile.

Heidi sneered and turn around.

Lowell stepped and hold Heidi's wrist and said "hep hep hep, San ka pupunta Liit? Sasama ka samin"

"Bitawan mo nga ako adik, nagugutom na ko, at pag di mo ko binitiwan ikaw kakainin ko!"

"Wag po virgin pa ko" Lowell replied.

"Ayy grabe magkakainan ah, wag dito uyy" I said with a teasing smile.

"HOY KAI, TIGIL TIGILAN NYO KONG BALAWA DIYAN SA KALIBUGAN NIYO AH!!" Heidi shouted at us.

I stand and said "sorry na Heidi chill ka lang pwede? by the way, tuloy tayo mamaya ah, at sasama ka samin ah, libre ko pagkain natin."

She suddenly smiled and said "ayy, di mo kagad sinabi, napasigaw pa tuloy ako, sige sasama ko mamaya"

"Ayun naman pala eh, pagkain, libre. Behold the magic words para mapaamo so Liit" Lowell laugh and tapped at Heidi's head

As the class ended kai, Heidi and Lowell go to a convenient store and buy some foods then they go to Nikki's house. As they on their way to Nikki's house Heidi and Lowell won't stop fighting, Lowell keeps teasing Heidi. As they arrive in the street where Nikki's house in. Heidi instruct kai and Lowell that Nikki's house gate is painted brown. In front of the brown gate they saw a man wearing a blue shirt and jeans and his sitting on a bench and he looks troubled kai approached the man and asked "dito po ba nakatira si Nikki??"

The man look at kai and replied "oo iho? Anong kailangan mo Kay Nikki?"

"Classmate niya po kami, nag aalala lang po kasi kami sa kanya kasi tatlong araw na po siyang di pumapasok" kai replied

"Mga iho at iha, nasa ospital siya ngayon, hinihintay ko lang ang nanay niya na kunin yung mga gamit Ni nikki, gusto niyo bang sumabay samin papunta sa ospital?" The man asked kai and looks like this man is Nikki's father

"Kung ok lang po sa inyo na sumabay po kami, bakit po hinde?" Kai replied

"Oh sino tong mga batang toh?" A woman from the other side of the gate speaks, and as it go through the gate's door the woman looks very alike Nikki, she looks beautiful and young.

"Hello po" Heidi and Lowell greeted

"Hello po ma'am, Kaibigan po kami Ni Nikki, inaya po kami ng asawa niyo po na sumabay sa inyo papuntang ospital" kai greeted and introduced.

"Ayy ganon? Tara na hon, Tara mga bata sumunod kayo samin" she smiled.

"Tulungan ko na po kayo" kai said. Kai carried the gyn bag filled by Nikki's items.

They arrive at saint Lukas hospital on 3rd floor we enter at Nikki's room, they saw her sitting and smiling while reading a book. While standing at the room door Nikki and at them and she suddenly widen her eyes, she hastily lay down and cover herself with bedding.

"Hoy Nikki ganyan mo ba kami I welcome pagtapos ka naming bisitahin?? Grabe ka ah." Lowell said

"Hoy Nikki, Anong nagyare sayo?" Heidi asked.

Nikki's mother just suddenly replied while arranging Nikki's books at the table. "Nahulog siya hagdan tapos tumama ung ulo niya sa lapag, may dugo na lumalabas nun, takot na takot kami ng papa niya nung araw na yun"

I wondered why Nikki fall, "ma'am? Bakit po ba nalalag si nikki sa hagdan?"

"Sabi niya nung pag-gising niya natalisod daw siya kaya siya nalaglag" Nikki's Mother replied. "Wag niyo Kong tawaging ma'am, tita na lang" she added.

"OK po tita" I said

"Hoy Nikki, masakit ba yung tama mo? Patingin nga." Lowell said

Heidi suddenly sneered and looks provoked, she suddenly slapped the back of the neck of Lowell "UMAYOS KA NGA DIYAN LOWELL, NAGSISIMULA KA NANAMAN EH!!" Heidi pulled the back collar of Lowell and dragged him outside.

"Sorry po dun sa dalawa tita, ganyan lang po talaga yung dalawang gun laging nag aaway" I said.

"Nikki si kai muna bahala sayo ah. Puntahan ko lang papa mo sa baba at bibili lang kami ng pagkain mo" her mother get her wallet at the gym bag's pocket and go out side the room and as Nikki's mother close the door Nikki suddenly speaks. "Kai?"

"Bakit Nikki?" I replied

"May magmamahal kaya sakin?" She asked

"Ha? Anong klaseng tanong yan?" I just answered with a question, I don't know why she asked me that, she only fell from the stairs but she asked like she's going to die.

"Basta, Sagutin mo na lang ako." She removed the bedding from covering her head.

"Pano kasi kita sasagutin, di ka naman nangliligaw" I replied and laugh

"Bwiset ka, wag na nga, wag mo nang intindihin yung tanong ko" she cover herself again with the bedding.

I wondered How will I say this to her, I can't say to her what I feel, there's something preventing me from saying that I love her.

On that day, waiting for Nikki's parents and Lowell and heidi to come back. Nikki's parents come back after 30 mins. But Lowell and Heidi didn't come back so I decided to just go home alone and i't already 7pm and I haven't eating anything, the foods that I bought are in Lowell's bag. I wonder where they go. While walking at the hospital hall, I heard a familiar voice "iho! Iho!" I turn my neck and peek at the back, I saw Nikki's father walking father towards me. "Iho, hahatid na kita, gabi na medyo malayo pa ata bahay mo dito, ayy ano palang pangalan mo?" He asked. "Kaiser po, pero kai na lang po tawag niyo sakin" I replied. He sent me home using his car.
