She stumbled backwards against the table that holds her guitar. She is scared, as he just stands there silently. With the look of sadness and slight hope in his eyes. She looks around the room, looking for a way out. She sees an opening to run out of the cabin... but he spoke to her again.

"Please... Dont run away..."  he said sadly.

She chokes back slightly, shaking. "W-who are you..?"

He smiled sadly at her and looked at the floor boards. The girl relaxed slightly, now she is watching him with slight interest. He is taller then her, maybe by three to four inches. He lookes young, her age, maybe a year older. He is wearing old blue jeans, a medium gray V-neck tee shirt, and  black convers. his eyes are a pale blue and his hair is tousled and seems to be a dark brown, almost black. He has a rather decent built to him. The boy is extreamly attractive to her.

He looked back up at her a moment later, slightly suprised to see that she hasnt ran away. She just stood there quietly, staring back at him before she finally spoke.

"What is your name?" she asked quietly.

"My name..." he began and just stopped, a pained expression crossed his face. "I... I dont remember..."

She stared at him for a moment in slight suprise. "You dont remember?"

    He shook his head.

"Well... how did you get here?"

"I have always been here." he said.

"You have?" he nodded at her. "Then why didnt I see you when I arrived here?"

The boy just looked at the ground.

The girl reached forward to place her hand on his shoulder, but when she did, she stopped short when she seen him tense up slightly. So she drew her hand back away from him. He turned and walked over to a near by chair and slowly sat down. She stood there for a moment, watching him.

He seems so... broken and alone. She thought to herself. Just like I am...

She walked over to him and stood infront of  him. "Were you... were you the one who wanted me to play again?"

He just looked up at her and slowly nodded. "You have a very lovely voice..."

The girl slightly blushed and looked dow at her hands. She never been complemented on her singing. Mostly because she has dont sing to much to anybody. Nobody has cared enough to listen to a long time...

She cleared her throat, "Thank you..."

He stared at her with some hope in his eyes, "Will you?"

The girl looked at him confused for a moment, and he softly chuckled.

"Will you play again for me?" he asked.

She only stared at him silently for a moment before nodding. She turned around and headed for her guitar case. She pulled it out and brought it over to the boy, who is siting there with a small, beautiful smile on his face. She sits down in the chair closest to him, and began to play. She played Not Alone by Red. The girl thought it would be approprate, since they both seem to be alone in this horrible place.

As the girl began to sing, the boy closed his eyes, enjoying the melody coming from the guitar and her voice. It seems to have relaxed him. She smiled at him as she played. When the song finished, she set her guitar down on the table next to them.

"Beautiful..." he said quietly, and she smiled at him, blushing slightly and he smiled back at her.

He then reached over and took her hand in his. His hand is cold to the touch. She stared down at their locked hands, feeling something she hasnt felt in a long time...

    Love and protection.
