Tylee saw a faint light coming from the end of the chute as she continued to tumble down. The chute was beginning to straighten out, and Tylee landed on her paws in what seemed to be the end of a slide, although it appeared more tree like. Tylee lifted her head, and gazed at the sky above.

Wait,

Thought Tylee,

That's a ceiling!

As Tylee scanned the rest of the ceiling, she noticed that it had been painted to look like the sky.

It's very realistic too...

Tylee felt the fur on her spine begin to lift as unease settled into her fur, then shook it off.

Well, I'm going to be here for a while, so I better find the wolf pack.

Tylee sniffed the air, before letting out a yelp,

"Hello?"

Tylee felt slightly disappointed to hear a wolf instead of her own voice, but quickly shook it off, realizing there was no response. Tylee began wandering further into the forest when she heard rustling from the bushes next to her. Tylee flicked her ears toward it, and then felt her fur spike up when a wolf appeared. The wolf was a female, and about a year old. Tylee stared at the wolf in surprise. She had learned all that just by smelling the wolf! The wolf had blueish-blackish fur, and bright green eyes. She tilted her head slightly when she realized it was Tylee she had found.

"Night Sky?"

The wolf barked. Tylee tilted her head slightly when she heard the wolf bark.

I didn't know wolves barked...

The blue wolf began circling Tylee, sniffing her thoroughly. Tylee began sniffing the wolf back, and could tell what the wolf had last eaten, where she had slept, and even the faint scents of who she was related to. When the wolf stopped circling Tylee, she began wagging her tail slightly.

"Come along pup! Let's get back to the pack."

Tylee pricked her ears in surprise, then began tentatively following the wolf.

Tylee felt lost following the wolf, but was surprised that the wolf seemed to know exactly where she was. Soon Tylee could smell more wolves, getting closer. The wolf seemed to hear Tylee sniffing the air excitedly, and looked over her shoulder at Tylee.

"You can tell we're getting close, right?"

Tylee nodded excitedly. The blue wolf let out a laugh, then continued to trot ahead, with Tylee trotting after her.

I didn't know wolves laughed!

Then Tylee realized the wolf hadn't actually laughed, she had just let out a short breath, almost like a snicker. Tylee smiled.

Wolves are amazing!

Soon Tylee and the blue wolf padded into a clearing, where wolves were asleep everywhere. The blue wolf expertly weaved between the wolves, before stopping at a dark gray wolf. The blue wolf nudged the wolf gently, who growled softly. The blue wolf dropped to her belly, then licked the dark gray wolf on his chin. This time the gray wolf sat up, and looked at the blue wolf with groggy gold eyes.

"What is it Blue?"

"Alpha Soot, I have found your daughter, Night Sky."

Instantly Soot, as Blue had called him, was alert.

"Where is she?"

Soot's frantic bark woke up the other wolves, including a white wolf next to him. The white wolf lifted her head, and looked at the gray wolf through green eyes.
