Alice's Point Of View
"Alice!" Mum came rushing over to me with tears in her eyes. "Hey mum" I smile as she griped me into a tight hug. "I'm so happy your awake!" She said whilst wiping away a tear. "Aw mum don't cry, because I'll end up crying!" I laughed. "sorry darling" She laughs back.
*maz's phone rings*
"One second, it's Sam" Maz says then awnsers the phone.
"Hey man!"
"Yeah sure"
"Okay"
"Alright see you inna bit, bye!"
"What did he want? I asked. "He's gunna come down to see you" Said Maz. "Aw that's nice" Mum smiled. "Yup" I half smiled back.

Mum had to go into work of a bit, and so Marius and I were both laying on the bed with our phones.
*knock knock*
It was Sam. "hey man" Maz smiled and got up from the bed. "hi Sam" I said whilst not taking my eyes off my phone. "these are for you" Sam handed me a huge bouquet of flowers, and I had to admit it was so sweet! "aw thank you" I smiled then reached my arms out to give him a hug. "I'm so glad your okay" Sam whispered into my ear, which caused me to smile a little. "so when you gunna be discharged then?" Sam asked as he took a seat on the end of my bed. "I think I can awnser that" a doctor in a long white coat came into the room, with a nurse following behind. "by the looks of it miss Listhrope, you can go home tomorrow!" the doctor Smiled. "really?!" Maz said excitedly, and the doctor gave a simply nod in reply.
"However" the nurse said "Alice, you will have to be in a wheel chair for a bit. but as soon as the break in your arm heals we will give you some crutches and then soon you can start walking"
"That's okay I guess" I shrugged. "Also, during this period of time you will have to do Phiusio therapy, and for a little bit after" the doctor interrupted. "okay, thanks doc" Maz smiled as the doctor and the nurse left the room.
"I finally get to leave this place!" I said happily and pulled Maz into a hug. We was soon interrupted by a knock at the door... the police.
"Hello Miss Listhrope, we're here to ask you a few questions." said one of them. "okay officer" I said sitting up slightly. "Can we talk to you alone though please?"
"Urm yeah, boys go to the canteen for a bit or something. This won't take long" I smiled. Maz and Sam nodded in reply then left the room.
"So Miss Listhrope, can you remember anything that happened before the accident?" I thought really hard to remember what happened that night.
Flash Back
"What's your fucking problem.... he's being really nice to you and your just throwing it back into his face!" I said. "I have a really bad feeling about him.... and your too good for him Alice!" "who are you to tell me what's good for me or not!" I yelled.... everyone was now looking at us. "I'm just trying to help!" Sam yelled back. "I don't need your help!". "Well next something bad happens to you don't go running to me slut!" Everyone watching had their mouths wide open. I raised my hand and with all my strength I slapped Sam around his face, "don't you dare call me that again!" "Oooohhhh!" everyone harmonised.
"Urm I remember getting into a argument with Sam" I said.
"What was it about?"
"He was telling me how this guy wasn't good enough for me, an how he had a bad feeling about him" I got a little annoyed as I remembered the argument.
"Do you remember what happened after that?"
"I remember going to my brother and telling him about it, then I got annoyed because he was saying I was in the wrong."
The police man wrote things down on his note pad. "Why was Miss Ayton, or 'Sophie' walked home bye you that night?"
"She was upset because her and Marius are meant to be together, but she saw him with another girl. So I said i'd walk home with her, because she was gunna walk by herself."
"Let's skip to the bit when your just about to reach the accident, what happened?" The police man leant forward slightly.
I took a deep breath before speaking. "I remember walking down the road with Sophie, then we came to a point where we had to cross. The road was completely empty so of course we crossed. It was when we got to the middle of the road and then..." I felt a tear run down my face.
"Then what Miss Listhrope?"
"Then I saw the car coming at us at full speed. I pushed Sophie out the way..... and then everything went black from there." more tears started to fall as I remember that last bit of the night.
"Thank you for your time Miss Listhrope" The officer smiled.
