As soon as I get back to my dads, I run to my room and take my dress off, getting in the large bed.

To my luck, after I got left, alone Lou's mum came outside the house and I couldn't get in that car quick enough. Lou wanted to stay at that party even tho it's past 1am, her mum obviously didn't have a problem with it just telling her to be safe.

I can't believe I have to be up in 5 hours. I'm going to be exhausted.

I drift off to sleep thinking about everything that's happened today.

.....

I slowly wake up and it takes me a minute to adjust to where I am, my head is throbbing badly and I feel like I can't even sit up.

What was I doing last night? Why would I get so drunk when I knew I had work in the morning.

Work..

"Shittt." I curse as I climb out of the massive bed, my headache magnifies and I groan as I walk into my on-suite bathroom.

I turn the shower to cold to cool my head down and it sure enough works. I get ready as fast as I can, putting on the outfit my mum chose for me and it looks nice on. I apply light makeup and stuff my iPhone in my bag along with my makeup to top up through the day.

As I get downstairs, I check the clock on the wall, 8:15 it reads. I'm good for time, thankfully.

My dad agrees to take me and we get in one of his many cars and head through the streets, to my job.

It takes about an hour to get here, I recognise this place from where the party was, it looks different in daylight. My apartment that I was supposed to move into is just down the street from here.

Nerves fill me but excitement over rides them as we pull in the parking lot.

It's even bigger than I pictured, it reads on the big sign 'Fashion, Beauty, Necessities'

I've literally dreamed about this job, I've always wanted to get it since I was a little girl. I dropped out of school before 16 to do the course, my mum was weary of course but she let me follow my dream and it payed off after all the years.

They were impressed by my skills in media-makeup and hair. It also focuses on fashion and they told me I'd have to start that course as-well, but I'm okay with that, it does intrigue me.

My dad wishes me good luck and as soon as I get in there, the place is packed. People are busy rushing around trying to schedule appointments, shouting at each other. This seems very fun.

The office lady gets a young girl called Jennie to show me round all day till she takes me to my seat and lets me settle in. I have to fill out form after form all day and write a massive application on why I want to be here and the courses I have been doing. When I'm finally finished, she tells me I can go home and I'll start properly next week.

That went so fast I couldn't properly soak it all in but it was incredible. I'm finally living my dream.

As I head out, a girl approaches me. She has long white hair with a fringe and bright blue eyes. She's gorgeous.

"Hi! I'm Mel." She says brightly, following me out the door.

"I'm Mettisse, it's nice to meet you." I give her a bright smile and she exchanges it telling me the same.

"So it's your first day today? Don't you just love it! I started just over a year ago and I still love coming every day even though it gets so busy!" She laughs. She's so nice and seems very friendly.

"Yes, it's amazing. I never thought I would get the opportunity to work here," I smile.

"Bit random, but would you like to come to lunch with me? It's only one and I was jus heading to get something," she invites me while pulling out her phone.

"Sure." I didn't think I would make friends on my first day but it's good that I did, I need more friends here considering I'm not going to be seeing the people at the party again.

My thoughts drift slightly to that boy that was there, I can't believe I told him everything I did. I didn't even know him, he was so rude. Yet when I told him about everything he seemed to soften and was generally interested in everything I was telling him.

"Where are you from?" Mel asks me as we sit down at the little cafe just down the road.

"London, what about you?" I ask politely while the waiter comes over, taking my order.

"I'm from Seattle but moved here not long ago."

"Do you like it here?" I can't help but ask.

"Yes..it didn't start off too good when I first moved though," she sighs and looks down. "I love it now though, you'll really like it here." She reassures me.

"What happened?" I ask before thinking. "I mean you don't have to tell me." I add and she softly laughs.

"It's fine." She sweetly says and sighs before she begins. "I guess I got involved with the wrong people..and a boy. It was just something silly," she smiles at me but it doesn't meet her eyes. I can tell it wasn't something small.

"Did something bad happen?"

"You could say that," she half laughs but it comes out more of a cough. "I got caught up in something I shouldn't have and it ended very badly.." the waiter delivers the food to us and I begin to eat.

"I'm sorry..I hope everything's okay now." I say.

"It's fine, don't worry!" She smiles and picks at her food.

As we make small talk and finish our food, I pay for the bill even though she insists for me not to.

"Thankyou for coming to lunch with me!" She exclaims. "We should defiantly do this aga-," she stops mid sentence and I look up quickly. Her face drops and I can see panic building behind her eyes. The door jingles and I turn towards the cause.

Lou walks through the door followed by all the boys I met last night and..Harry. I feel a sort of panic flooding through me. I can't remember exactly what I told him last night jus that it was a lot, I genuinely never thought I was going to see him again.
