It's spinning
And it hurts
It's hurting
And slowly killing
It's a murderer you know
And it'll never get caught
It's saying
You should be praying
To your imaginary fiend
It's not letting the blood flow
To my head
I should be dead
And why are you prying
You should go away
Before it starts killing
It's not letting me see
It's holding me captive
It's blotting everything out
I don't know the difference
Between left and right
And real
And wrong
It's hiding it all
Away and gone
