Chapter 9

Jin was kinda still a little weird as he realized he was hugging Jiris, and not Kevin. He still had his arms around her, not being able to move.

"U-Um Jin can you just-" Jiris started, shifting a little as Jin came back to his senses and while mumbling a sorry, he got away from her. She sat up, but did not look at him.

"I'm truly sorry I really thought you were Kevin. "He apologized, extremely embarrassed.

"Its okay. Next time just be s-sure" Jiris mumbled, while tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. She finally looked at him, and saw him licking his lips. She immediately turned away at that.

"You're um really pretty." He told her, while staring at the side of her face.

She could feel her cheeks burning. She slowly looked at Jin and tried to smile. Her smile came out really weird, as she mumbled a thanks.

He smiled at her, suddenly shifting closer to her. He held out his hand to caress her cheek. She scooted away a bit at first but eventually moved into his touch.

She looked up at him, to see him straight in the eye.

He slowly bent down to reach to her face level. He kept on moving closer till his lips were almost touching hers. Her heart beat so loudly, that she thought even Jin could hear it.

She closed her eyes, ready to feel his lips on hers.

Instead, he tilted his head, and kissed her cheek instead.

Her eyes flew open.

She saw him grinning at her.

"Not so early." He told her while getting up, and then he slowly walked out of the tent.

Ji just sat there, staring after him, face still blushing. She had internally hoped that he would kiss her on her lips.

She laid back down, the feeling of him so near to her fresh in her mind.

Taehyung and you had sat together for quite some time together by the lake, having a wonderful time. After you had agreed, he had been extremely happy and had eventually opened up to you.

He told you a lot about the boys and how their journey of becoming idols started and how he was happy to be back to his birthplace, Daegu.

You had listened to each and every thing, attentively. It also gave you a chance to look at him and admire each and every nook and corner of what made up Kim Taehyung.

After listening to him talk, you two finally decided to go back as it was pretty late. You both walked silently now, side by side, taking in the coolness of the night.

You shivered a bit at the coolness and took up your hood again. Tae noticed you shivering and he removed his jacket and put it around your shoulders. You looked up at him, questionably.

"This might help you against the cold." He simply said, smiling at you. You thanked him and smiled back, while wearing the jacket more comfortably.

As you two walked next to each other, his hand would  occasinaly bump into yours. He probably saw it as a pretty normal 'gesture' but whenever his hand did touch yours, there was this tiny wave of electricity that flew inside of you.

You both continued walking and finally reached your tents. He looked at you and said a quick good night and went on to go inside his tent. You had said it back and went inside your tent too.

Once inside, you realized you still had his jacket. You removed it and kept it in a corner, thinking of giving it to him tomorrow. You looked at Ji, who was fast asleep.
