Zayn's POV: After I dropped my sister off at school, I headed to the gym to work out with my trainer, he had a intense work out routine for me.
I was worried that I might sprain something both my trainer and my sisters are trying to get me to quit smoking cigarettes because they are worried that I might end up sick with a long term sickness that has no cure yet.
I agreed that I would try to quit smoking but that might not be easy.
I have been smoking since I was 15 years old,something about smoking calms me.
Felix: Good morning Zayn, are you ready for your work out.
Zayn: Ready as I'll ever be.
Felix: Okay.
Zayn: What's first?
Felix: You are going to start off with the elliptical.
Zayn: Okay.
Felix: 45 minutes on the elliptical.
Zayn: Alright.
Zayn sets the timer to 45 minutes and starts working out on the elliptical machine.
Felix: Come on Zayn move it.
Zayn: Okay.
... 45 minutes later ...
Zayn: Wow.
Felix: Great job...now take a little break and then get on the treadmill for 30 minutes.
Zayn: Okay.
Back at the school...
Aneesa: I can't believe that I am a freshman in high school.
Jane: Believe it sister.
Aneesa: Jane.
Jane: Hey, how is my best friend?
Aneesa: I am lovely, just a bit nervous.
Jane: That's good, I was nervous too.
Aneesa: I actually threw up before my brother took me to school.
Jane: Awe.
Aneesa: I started to feel unwell to.
Jane: Awe.
Aneesa: My brother said that it was just nerves.
Jane: How is your brother Zayn?
Aneesa: He is doing good, we're trying to get him to stop smoking.
Jane: That's good.
Aneesa: He might be at the Gym with his trainer.
Jane: Nice.
Back at the gym....
Felix: Zayn, On the treadmill now.
Zayn: Okay.
Felix: 30 minutes.
Zayn: Okay.
Felix continued to push Zayn hard and making sure he kept pushing.
Zayn: Ow.
Felix: What is going on?
Zayn: I think that I pulled a muscle.
Felix: Really?
Zayn: Yeah.
Felix: Come on, you need to pull through.
Zayn: Okay, but I don't want to have to go to a doctor.
Felix: What do you want me to do?
Zayn: Cut my work out routine short by and hour or two.
