chapter 4 (hangout)

I wake up and it's 9:00. Damn thats kinda late for me. I got up. I felt good. I got a lot of sleep. Extra sleep in fact. I'm gonna walk around today maybe go shopping. I want to look for dance classes near here too. I love dancing.

I got up and showered. Today I'm wearing dark green high waisted jeans and folded the ends. With a knitted loose sweater. I put on some mascara then grabbed my keys.

I searched up the nearest mall. The nearest one was kinda far. But oh well. I ordered an uber then grabbed socks and my white converse.

I sat down in my bed to put on my socks and shoes when I hear someone calling my name.
"Elaina!"

It's probably Emilio. I open the doors to my balcony and see Emilio outside.

"Hey what up" I respond.

He gets his phone from his pocket and puts it to his ear. I knew he was going to call me. I picked up my phone.

"Hello" I laughed.
"What are you doing today" he responds.
"To the mall" I respond.
"I'm going to the mall too! I need to go to Barnes n noble" He says coincidentally.
"Really? I already got an uber wanna come with me?" I respond
"Yeah lets go" he says.

"The Uber's almost here come on go to the front" I said.

I hung up and put my phone in my pocket. I go downstairs and tell my mom I'm leaving.
"Mom I'm going to the mall" I said going to kiss her cheek before I left.

"Okay, quidado! Are u going with someone?" She asks.

"Uh yeah, my friend Emilio. He lives next door." I said hoping she doesn't ask to meet him.

"Oh really. Can I meet this friend" she says
"Mama, it's not a big deal he's just a friend don't make this weird!" I pleaded.
"And besides the uber is coming already" I say. And I soon as I say that the doorbell rings. Oh no, did he really just ring the doorbell.

I went to go open the door and my mom followed behind me. She opens the door before I do.

"Oh, hola yo soy Emilio" he says
"Hola hijo" my mom turns to me and gives me a look and that's the "oh he's good" and he clearly noticed.

I slapped my hand to my forehead lightly.

"Oh look at the time, the uber is here" i say grabbing Emilio's hand and pulling him out my house in a rush.
"Bye mom" I said.
"Cmon Emilio" with me practically dragging him.

"Ha you're grabbing my hand" he says.
I roll my eyes and let go of his hand playfully. He opens the door for me and  gets in after I do.

"Your mom seems nice" he says.
"She is but she's so embarrassing" I say
"She's making things weird, we're just hanging out" I say
"Are we just hanging" he says emphasizing the word just.

"Now you're making this weird" I say laughing a bit.
"It doesn't have to be weird. I mean you were holding my hand, I met your mom" he says playfully.
"Shut up weirdo" I pushed his shoulder.

He laughed and we were just using our phones.

"Elaina look" I looked up and he was taking a picture of me and he got me when I wasn't ready. I looked so lost in the picture. Emilio was laughing hysterically, just seeing him laugh made me laugh.

"No!!" I said trying to snatch the phone and delete it.
"Look how cute you look tho" he says trying to stop laughing.
"You better delete it!" I say.
"I already saved it" he says
"Ugggghhh" I say. And he laughs at me.

After a bit I decided to get revenge. I opened Snapchat and put the camera at him. "Emilio" I say and he looks up and I snapped the picture.

I laugh, even though it was an off guard picture he still managed to look flawless. Ugh.

"Let me see" he asked as I showed him my phone.
"Ou he is handsome" he says and I throw my head back in laughter.

I posted it on my story. Then locked my phone and put it in my back pocket.

I looked at Emilio who was still on his phone. "That's it, no more phones. We're here anyways." I say locking his phone and put it in my other pocket. He had his mouth open cause I took his phone. I grabbed his chin and closed his mouth. It almost felt like I was going to kiss him. He was looking at my lips then back to my eyes. I felt butterflies in my stomach. He looks at me in a way where I feel seduced why does he do this to me!

I let go of my hand from under his chin.
"Stop it" I say."stop what" he asks.
"The way you look at me, like you're trying to seduce me or something!" I say and he chuckles.

"Cmon we're here" I say. He opens the door and we enter the mall. Barnes n noble was one of the first stores.

"What were you going to get from Barnes n Noble" I ask.
"Honestly, I wasn't going to get anything from there. I just wanted to hang out with you" he says.

"Awe! Really, that's cute" I say. And I look over at him to see him trying to hide the fact that he's blushing.

We walk into H&M and I start picking out clothes to try on. I gave Emilio back his phone cause he'll probably get bored.

*Now lets fast forward a bit cause no one cares about shopping*

I got a lot of cute stuff. Emilio got a couple things too. We went to Panda Express after cause I need me some food !

We sat down and ate. I'm not one of those girls that will get shy when they eat around a boy, or cover their mouth or chew softly. NO! I am going to eat my mofo food and I'm going to enjoy it !

"What should we do next" Emilio asks.
"Well we've got all day to do whatever it's up to you. It's only 2:00."
"Oh! I just remembered! I have to film a video with Ivan today" he says.

I was kinda bummed out I wanted to hang out with him.
"Eliana, why don't u come over and watch us do our video!" He says excitedly.
"Yeah that sounds like fun!" I respond with
