chapter 6

I got the popcorn ready. The call was only from Ivan asking Emilio something. I grabbed 2 water bottles and candy to go with popcorn. Emilio was upstairs in my room. I walked up to my room with all the things in my hand. I look into my room to see him looking at pictures,and medals and trophies i have in my room.

Emilio's P.O.V (zaddy)

Elaina and I were so close to kissing but stupid Ivan ruined it. She told me to wait upstairs in her room. I opened her door and peeked in and I'm pretty sure it was her room. i walked in looking around. Her room is very nice. I walked in further and seen pictures of her cheerleading from when she was in middle school. All the medals and trophies with her name on them.

Why does she not have pictures with her dad? I wonder what happened to him. i looked to the side where i saw a picture of her. She looked about 6 in the picture. Shes always so happy and she lights up every room she enters. Shes perfect. How can someone like her like someone like me.

"Emilio, are you okay" i hear her say from behind me. "yeah im fine, i was just spaced out." i say trying to play it off. "are you sure" she says putting the popcorn down and snacks. i nod my head yes. "you look like you need a hug" she says. And i did need one. She walks towards me and I open my arms. She wraps her arm around my waist and i wrap my arms around her small body, laying my head on hers. She smells so nice. Shes so comfortable like a teddy bear and i love teddy bears.

She pulls away from our hug and smiles. "better" She say. "a little" i say. She plants a small kiss on my cheek. I feel myself blush and the butterflies are crazy. Ive never felt like this about someone before. She pulls away. "much better" i say and she giggles.

"So what movie are we watching" she says."anything you wanna watch" i respond. "lets watch a funny movie" she says. She sits on the top of her bed and i sit down next to her. We decided to watch 22 jump street.

We were halfway into the movie when we hear. "Elaina im home!" Elaina looks at me with big eyes.She gets up quickly. "come!" she says. She pulls my hand as i follow behind her.
"hey mom" she says. She turns around surprised to see me. "Oh, hello Emilio. I didnt know we had guests... in your room" she says to Elaina suspiciously.

"No ma'am, we weren't doing anything like that. Your daughter is a really nice girl" I say. I dont want her to get in trouble because of me. "we were only watching a movie" Elaina adds on to me. "well okay, i believe you. You're a sweet boy Emilio, would you want to stay for dinner?" She asks me. "Id love to" i say with a smile.

Elaina and i went back upstairs to her room and finished watching the movie.

Elaina's P.O.V

I love Emilio's laugh, gosh that kid is perfect. What does he see in me. Thank you lord for Emilio Martinez.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE TWINS AHHHHH. i almost forgot it was their bday. i was looking up Emilio on google and i was like oh yeah cool his birthday is may. and i was like WAIT ITS MAY 10 i gasped so loud everyone looked at me like what XD
