You walked into McDonald's with your boyfriend, Grayson. It was afternoon, so you guys thought that it would be a great idea to get some food together. Grayson grabbed your hand, swinging it back and forth. He was a really happy boy. He was wearing his favorite outfit; a blue sweater clinging onto his body, khaki pants and of course his black, thick framed glasses.

"Baby, what do you want?" you asked looking at Grayson.

"I want chicken nuggets! Y/N I really like chicken nuggets! Chicken nuggets are sooo good! Chicken-" he was getting a bit too loud so you interrupted him.

"Shh Grayson. There's a lot of people in here, just try to keep your voice lower", you said sternly, sounding a little angry too.

Grayson hung his head low. He was now getting upset from your sudden snap. He thought that maybe you were embarrassed of him, or worse, maybe you didn't like him anymore. More horrible thoughts came rushing into his mind.

You, of course, didn't realize your words had hurt Grayson. Sometimes you forgot how sensitive he really was.

"Why don't you go look if our table is free?"
you asked, looking at Grayson like nothing happened.

You always sat at the same table when you came to McDonald's with Grayson.

He didn't say anything, he just walked up to a random table, not even looking if your usual spot was free. Grayson sat at the table thinking about all the things he could have possibly done wrong.

When you saw that there was no one at your table, you got confused as to why wasn't Grayson there, but then you noticed him sitting at a different table.

"Hey, why did you come here? Our table is free", you smiled down at him and then sat down to a chair opposite to Grayson.

"Y/N, d-do you h-hate me?"
he asked looking up at you.

It was just then, when you realized his eyes were red and puffy, as more tears rolled down his cheeks.

"Omg of course not! What made you think that? Did something happen?" you asked, panicking a little and rushed to his side.

"B-but you s-snapped at m-me and I thought t-that maybe you w-were embarrassed of me or maybe y-you hate m-me", he stuttered.

"Not in a million years. Babyboy, I love you. I'm sorry I snapped at you, I didn't mean to and I most definitely didn't even realize what I did. Do you forgive me?" you asked kissing his hand.

"Oh o-okay. That's g-good. I love y-you too and you a-are forgiven", he said looking at you with his still sad eyes.

You took off his glasses and kissed his tears away, making funny sounds, trying to make your boyfriend laugh. It did work, Grayson started giggling. He was a happy boy again.

After Grayson got his chicken nuggets,
it was like nothing ever happened.

This boy seriously loves his chicken nuggets.
