She threw the ball in the air and hit it with the racket. The ball hit the wall but she missed it.

"Mada Mada Dane"

She turned around to see a boy, about her age. He had a hat on his head and he had a tennis bag slung over his shoulder.

"W-Who are you? "

"Echizen Ryoma. You?"

"I'm (Y/N ) (L/N)"

"You need more practice, that really sucked.

Didhereallyjustsaythat? And, toagirl??

"Yeah, I know"

"Here, let me help you"

He went behind her and held her hand, that had the racket.

"Hold it like this and your ball like this. Aim and make sure your eyes don't leave the ball"

She blushed. This was the first time a boy had gotten this close to her.

"Ah....hai!"

(Y/N) did exactly what she was told and now she was hitting the ball.

"Hey! I did it!"

"Its still not enough" He replied

She sighed. "I'll never get this right!"

She kicked the gate.

And so Ryoma watched (Y/N) practice. She got better, but not that good.

"Mada Mada Dane"

And, that was the last time she saw him. When she enrolled into Seigaku 2 weeks later.........they met again......
