evolve
zone in other words believe that you can elevate and evolve into your own stable headspace or "zone" be calm guys and try and realize all hard and difficult trials and tribulations in life that cause pain will pass you will be okay i promise if you need someone to believe in ill be here okay i love you signing off-NIGHTWING
