Emerson's Pov 

I was sitting at the small table with Sammi watching my kids play at the park on this nice day. It's been 3 days since I've seen Brantley and it took all 3 days so my legs won't be so sore. I haven't been to busy since that night, but Dylan asked me to come in 2 more days a week to be a waitress for 3 or 4 hours a night. I'm okay with that. After I saw Dylan to pay him with his cut I still walked out of there was $2,200 in my own pocket. 

I took a drink from my soda and I saw my boys playing with the football they brought from home with their uncle Brett. Today my mom had a phone call to come in about a job at Alco. It's like a mini wal mart here in Evansville. Last night I got home around 9:42 so I got to put the boys in bed for the night and since we are still on summer vacation we are having a family day. Later today we are having a picnic together. 

"So how did everything go last night?" Sammi asked me. I looked over at him. 

"Odd." I said to her. She took a drink from her coke. 

"What do you mean odd?" She asked me. I looked over at the boys and my brother to make sure they are far away so they couldn't us talking, 

"Okay, so when I got there he was a little mad because I was 10 minutes late. I got lost." I told her. She looked at me. 

"Is that all?" Sammi asked me. 

"Well he paid for me from 7 until mid night and I was out of there by 8:16 last night." I told her. Sammi smiled at me. 

"How was the sex?" She asked me. 

"Okay. I mean I haven't had sex since I had Finn." I told her. 

"Yeah but you do play with yourself don't you." Sammi asked me. I looked over at her.

"No. That's gross. Hello, most nights I have 2 out of my 3 kids in bed with me." I told her. There is no way I could do that to myself. 

"What? I do it all the time. In fact I did it right before---" I cut her off when Arlo walked over to me. 

"Hi baby." I said to him. 

"Mommy I need to pee." Arlo said to me holding onto his self. I smiled at him. 

"Okay. Come on there a rest room over there." I said to him. 

"Can I take your place on the team." Sammi asked Arlo. 

"Yeah. But I want it back okay Sammi." Arlo said to her. Sammi smiled at him. 

"Deal." Sammi said to him. I got up and held my sons hand while we walked over to the bath room. 

"You having fun Arlo." I asked him. He looked up at me and smiled. 

"I sure am. Daddy never does nothing like this with us like you do." Arlo said to me. I haven't been thinking about David for a while now and now that Arlo said that I have to show him that I'm working so he won't take my boys away from me. 

"Well I'm glad you are having fun baby." I said to him. We walked into the women's rest room and I saw 2 teenagers making out. I pulled Arlo's face to my belly so he wont see nothing that they are doing

"Sorry." I said to them. We walked out of the women's room. 

"Mommy what where they doing?" Arlo asked me. I looked down at him.
