Ch.2 The Call

After their encounter Fuse and Pixal both returned to the court yard to finish their lunch. To their surprise the bell for class hadn't rang yet.  Pixal looked at her watch to reveal that the time was the same as when they crossed over the fence , it was like time its self  had stopped.

"its like we never left" fuse said.

"Exactly , now we better get finished or else we will be late. " Pixal said as she began to walk back to their table and pick up her tray. As they did the bell began to ring. Pixal and Fuse then both ran to catch up with their classmates.

About three hours later school had finished . Fuse was walking pixal home when something strange happened.A small ring sounded.

"It's not my phone. " pixal said pulling out her phone.

"Same here " fuse replied holding his.

That's when their bracelets opened, the mirror on the inside was different.

"At Least these work long distance " the voice of queen foxsoot.

They both looked at their bracelets to see her in the mirror.

" what ,how?!" Fuse asked.

"Well this proves my theory " pixal said.

"Fuse , pixal these are communicators , they are able to connect with a specific frequency that humans can get , i have given you these because i need you to help fight " foxsoot said." you both are very brave and can travel through both worlds , you can interact with the humans and us magicals."

"How can we even fight , you seen what had happened when we were captured by that demon , we can't fight those ." Fuse said."we have no power to combat them.

Foxsoot chuckled. " oh , you haven't learned of your heritage protector. You are a magical wolf fairy hybrid dear child , along with human ."

Fuse stood their in silence.

" and your companion , protector of castles and of health , a gargoyle and wicca/ witch. Both of you heirs of protectors of magicals and humans alike. I'll be around tomorrow to take you so you can be trained in combat. Have a good night" Foxsoot said then she hung up.

"Well this is great , how am i going to explain this to mother , oh hey mom , you won't believe this but i'm not human , i'm a vicious blood thirsty animal , and a fairy is coming to take me from you . Yeah i wonder how she's going to take this." fuse ranted and continued to rant.

" fuse , it's okay , i think she might already know" pixal said.

" and how would she know " fuse asked.

"Well head home and find out " pixal said.

" well i can't , i'm walking you home first , then i may spend a few hours at chopping away my anger , sorry" fuse said.

"Oh its okay , i know its weird but i'd rather look at the positives, like some where your ancestor was a wolf , how cool is that?!" pixal said.

"Yeah that is pretty cool." fuse agreed.

" now let's get to my house to you can get home before your mother throws a conniption."
