** (( SR14G Dormitory )) **

Koeun and Mark sat on each far end of the couch while Hina continued to stand at the door, still in shock about what she just witnessed. After a few more seconds of silence, Hina finally broke in and tried to make the incident less awkward than it already is.

Hina: "So..." she started to say. No one made movement nor eye contact. "You guys were... I mean, it must've been an acc-- I mean... Are you both--" but before she could say any further, Koeun chimed in.
Koeun: "Yah, why did you arrive just now?"
Hina: "You told me to come but I had to sort things out with the girls at practice first so I asked Mark to come check in on you just in case you stubbornly ran off first."
Koeun: "Couldn't you at least have told me that someone else was coming?" she muttered.
Hina: "Keundae... why are you still dressed like that, unnie?"

That's right! Koeun had forgotten that she still had on her shorts and rolled up muscle top with her bare stomach in the open. She quickly covered her stomach and scolded for the both of them to not look at her as she slowly made way into her room and shut the door behind her.

Mark: "Well, since you're here now. I'm just going to... go back to practice first. You guys can come later" and with that, he left the dormitory.

Hina couldn't help but laugh at the both of them. She waited patiently for Koeun to come out of the room.

Koeun: "Hina-yah, sorry. I know I made you come all the way out here just to get me but... I'm... I'm not going to practice today. My back is acting up again" she called out to Hina from the room.
Hina: "Should we go to see the doctor again? I mean, you and Mark did take quite a fall" she lowkeyed teased her.
Koeun: "I'm alright. I guess manager-nim was right. I should just rest for the day" she answered back. "You go back and I'll see you girls later"
Hina: "Araso, try to stay in bed unnie!" she bid her farewell.

** (( SM Entertainment | The next day . . . )) **

Throughout the whole day, Koeun and Mark avoided interaction and making any eye contact. Other than Hina, everyone else felt that the two were being super awkward. Jeesu wondered if they were on bad terms, which made her happy knowing her crush and enemy weren't speaking to one another. Koeun noticed her back didn't ache as much as yesterday. There was little pain here and there but certainly wasn't as severe as it was when she was still stuck resting in bed.

Manager-nim: "After practice today, the rookies will be going to Apgujeong-dong to record a VCR for their special appearance at SMTOWN concert next week." he told an SM staff member who asked him about what their next schedule was.
Staff: "Okay, both groups or just group B?"
Manager: "Both groups" he pointed to Taeyong, Mark, and Koeun's teams. "Yeri will also be joining the girls but she'll come later with another manager"
Staff: " Got it. Drive safely"
Manager-nim: "Jeesu-yah" he called to her as she was passing by. "Gather everyone to bring their luggage out. I can't do this by myself" he told her.

Jeesu ran upstairs and told everyone to hurry because their manager was ready to drive off to Apgujeong any time now. As the other girls continued to hurry and pack, she noticed that Koeun was helping Hina pack hers as Hina had came in later than the rest of the girls.

Jeesu: "Koeun-ah, manager-nim told you to go help him load the luggages into the car" she lied.
Hina: "But he knows that Koeun's back still hurts. He wouldn't have asked her to" she insisted that Jeesu was making things up.
Jeesu: "Fine, don't believe me then. I'll just go tell him that Koeun can't help him right now" she attempted to walk out of the dorm room.
Koeun: "Wait!" she stopped Jeesu from taking any more steps. "I'll go" she said.
Hina: "Unnie, but---"
Koeun: "I got this, Hina-yah. Besides, I'm not doing anything anyway so might as well to kill time" she insisted. "You finish up and then come down with the rest of the girls" she went on to say as she exited the room.
