Mark stood like the statue of liberty as he tried to recollect what had just happened. Koeun was hugging him so tight, he felt like his whole body was being constricted by the unmentionable. After for what left like a decade long, Mark finally felt Koeun starting to let go.

As if she were embarrassed for having reacted that way, she tried to look away even if it was dark. Finally after a period of trading glances at one another, Mark finally spoke.

Mark: "Uhhh..." he started to say but words failed to come out of his mouth.
Koeun: "Yah, where did you all go?!" she snapped at him.
Mark: "More like where did YOU go? he asked her.
Koeun: "I sat here and waited for you guys. I didn't feel like sitting around doing nothing so I picked up one of the fishing rods and went South"
Mark: "You went South? But I just came from there. We were all worried and looking for you!"

Hearing that from Mark, it somehow made her feel a little light in the stomach. Before she knew it, a smile formed on her face and this time- she wasn't afraid to show it as it was dark and Mark couldn't possibly see her anyway.

Mark: "Here we go" he said as he finally lit their first fire for the night.

Not knowing how to help, Koeun attempted to picked up the twigs that were next to her feet. As she reached down to pick them up, she felt something scaly. Screaming, she jumped and let go of everything she was holding. Before she knew it, she had her arms wrapped around Mark again but this time, her whole body was hanging onto him like her life depended on it.

Koeun: "Yah, yah, yah!" she screamed as Mark tried to put her down.
Mark: "Calm down! Calm down!" he tried to console her as she continued to wrap her arms and legs around him. Afraid that she'd fall, he wrapped his arms around her waist to keep her secure. Looking over Koeun's left shoulder, he finally saw what she had picked up- a gecko. He couldn't help but laugh at her.
Koeun: "Is it gone? What was it? A snake?!" she still had her eyes completely shut.
Mark: "Yeah..." he lied to her. "A big one too. What should we do?" he pretended to ask her.
Koeun: "I DON'T KNOW! YOU FIGURE IT OUT!!" she yelled at him, this time tightening her grip as she continues to hang on him.

Mark couldn't continue to hold in his laughter. Koeun, who was complaining about how much she hates reptiles, finally stopped and heard him laughing. She lifted her head from his shoulder and looked him in the eye.

Koeun: "YAH, LEE MINHYUNG!!" she shouted at him as she faced him. Suddenly, her heart started to beat very fast. She felt her whole face flush red as she realized he was looking at her right in the eyes with their faces only a few centimeters apart.

Jaemin: "Yah, wait for me! I'm scared!" he shouted to Hina who had already ran down the hill.
Hina: "Hurry before the mountain lion eats you up for late supper" she teased him.

Hearing Jaemin and Hina's voices, Koeun and Mark finally snapped out from looking at one another. Koeun got off of Mark as soon as she could.

Hina: "Unnie!!" she shouted as she rejoiced seeing Koeun safe and sound on the fire pit ground. "Where did you go?!" she hugged her.
Koeun: "Yah, yah, yah.. I can't breathe" she said as Hina was hugging her a little too tight.
Jaemin: "Noona, where did you go? We were all looking for you" he told her as soon as he finished catching up to Hina and them.
Koeun: "Sorry, I went South of the river to go catch us our meals"
Hina: "Great! Did you get anything? I'm famished!" she expressed. But Koeun slowly shook her head disappointingly.

Mark: "Is your back better now?" he finally realized that Koeun was no longer resting her hands on her spine.
Koeun: "Eoh.. for some reason, the pain went away after I tumbled down that hill when I was trying to head over to the river side" she chuckled.
Mark: "You fell?"
Koeun: "Yeah, but I'm okay" she reassured him.
Hina: "Well, I'm glad you're okay" she nudged Koeun who smiled back at her.
Jaemin: "Don't get me wrong. I'm really happy we found Koeun-noona but... I'm really hungry right now" he complained.
Koeun: "Sorry Jaemin-ah" she said since she felt bad.
Jaemin: "That's okay. We have water so we can make it until the morning and then go back to camp to eat" he assured her.
Koeun: "About that... I took the fishing rod AND the water" she told them.
Jaemin: "WHAT?!" he practically shouted. "Aigoo" he expressed while sitting down.
