Bella's pov
I follow Rosalie out into the balcony "Rose" I say, the sympathy clear in my voice. "Im not angry at you Bella" she tells me with a hint of coldness. Since having Renesmee the two of us have grown extremely close and due to me being human at the time she'd accepted it but this was a whole different story, I'm getting the thing she's always wanted and in a way she never imagined she could. "I...I can't imagine"
"No, you can't" she interrupts snapping her head around to look at me. "This is impossible, it isn't supposed to ever happen and yet it is. How can I do it?" Her pleading eyes feel like knives to my chest, I want nothing more than to help Rosalie have a child but I know I can't guarantee it possible. I move away from her grasp and walk towards the edge of the balcony, her following close behind
"When we were away I ran into this man who said he was part of the voltouri, and that there were others out there who wanted us dead if Aro wasn't going to give the order. When he grabbed me I felt this heat running up my arm and over my chest and the need to breath. The next thing I knew we were back hear with Carlisle and I seem to be.....turning back" I say the last couple words quieter, I don't even know how to justify it to myself let alone saying it out loud to someone else. "If we could find that man again then maybe..." before I can finish she's flung her arms around my neck and is hugging me. "Please just try...I know it might not work but I need us to try" she says, her voice cracking at the end. "Okay" I agree.

Me and Rose walk back into the front room together, everyone is spread out sat in their couples with Edward and Emmett on the two arm chairs opposite us, as we enter Edward immediately stands up and comes over to me, I notice Emmett and Rose exchange a look and she nods before going over to sit on his lap.
Edward takes my hands in his and leads me over to where he was sat before. "I think we should all give Bella and Edward some space and we can discuss things further in the morning," Carlisle says standing up and motioning towards the door, everyone gets up and goes to follow him. Alice smiles weakly at me before leaving, I can tell she's holding back on what she really wants to say, she wasn't happy about me being pregnant the before and we know even less about this baby but for now she's quiet and I'm thankful, I can't try and explain myself any more tonight. " Renesmee" I question looking up to Edward "she's in the cottage with Jacob" Esme tells me as she gets to the door. "Thanks" I reply, she smiles warmly and leaves closing the door behind her leaving me and Edward alone.

"I suppose you already know" I say to him standing up and walking over to the sofa, he takes my hand and walks with me. "Even if I couldn't read her mind, it's no secret that Rosalie wants a child and I know you..as soon as I calmed down from the shock I knew this would be the next obstacle" his words are calm, his tone soothing and relaxed, much unlike it had been a couple hours ago. "I had to say we'd try" I tell him without making eye contact.
"I know" he replies sitting down beside me, I rest my head on his shoulder and sigh. "Bella, I don't know how to understand this. I have mine, Carlisles and every other person in this houses thoughts but non of us can explain it,
So we need to find this man, he didn't give away much information but from what I have I think I can track him down, we need to know more about this so that we can prepare...I need to go, we both need answers" I can already tell what he's going to say and although we originally agreed finding him could wait until after the birth I know this isn't realistic. "It's okay.." I tell him raising my head to look into his eyes "you're right.. we need to find him, get and explanation and understand how this could be happening" I say resting my hand over my stomach. I let my eyes close, I don't feel like I need to sleep but they still feel heavy and with the knowledge that we are far from the worst of it I suddenly feel drained. Next we have to tell Jacob, our daughter and explain to the pack why a Vampire is all of a sudden able to carry a child.
