The Reasons Why

We haul Cash into the truck and get prepared for the long-ish ride back. We ask Willy and Max if they know why this is going on and Willy says "Not right now, they could be listening". I didn't know what he meant. The creature wasn't seen but one time on that fateful ride. We were nearing the plant and our radio just starts freaking out. Buzzing in and Out, foreign languages we didn't know, creepy intervals of songs and it got louder and louder, until everything went completely silent. Then something broke the silence. A eerie shriek, the same one from Sharpie, the one he'd made earlier. We were near a patch of woods, the only patch of woods in miles. The only patch I really knew about in or around this area. It charges at the truck from the left side of us and the truck is hit. It hit pretty hard. We kept driving on, shaken up by the incident. Now we are here. We carry a now almost paralyzed Cash back down underground. We lay him on a stretcher type thing Willy must have been keeping for emergencies or something. Willy gets a shot or something a certified doctor would use. Bailey runs around to Willy and pleads "Dont hurt my baby"! He says, "I'll do my best". Max and Willy push him back to a room and shut the door. As soon as the door shuts Bailey starts pacing around assumingly worried about Cash. I did too. I knew what it was like to lose someone you love. I lost Sadie at the hands of Max and yet I'm giving him one last shot. I went over to hug Bailey because I knew this had to be hard for her. We hear a scream and Bailey runs to the door kicking it down.

Baileys P.o.V

Cash's whole arm was swollen but he'd just woken up and that scream was a scream of pain after the "surgery". He was ok. He was gonna live. I walked out of the room and told Kenzie "Everything went through, he's OK".

Kenzies P.O.V
She was smiling after she came out of that room. I knew everything was gonna be ok. Willy and Max came out with cash and Willy said "His arm will be swollen for awhile, but everything is fine and he's gonna be ok". Bailey says "Thanks so much". I want to fall over at this point. Willy said "its time I tell you the reasons why this is happening". We go over to the couch and sit and willy continues "I made this monster to try and eradicate Cash and Bailey, the soldiers that came here were here to kill me and I just wasn't gonna let that happen, this burning was all my fault, they came because of Me but I'm a changed man and I promise this will not happen again".
