1776. The Age of Enlightenment. Lafayette laughed with some nonsense with his newfound friends, John Laurens and Hercules Mulligan. He didn't acknowledge the details of what it was about, he was just glad that he found some people to joke around with during this dangerous time.

"Yo, need another Sam Adams over here!", yelled John.

Lafayette shook his head, "My friend, you're what the French call, un ivrogne."

"Oh, well I already know I'm interesting, just ask these girls.", commented John as he flirted with the nearest serving wench nearby.

"No John, it means you're "a drunk." Although you can be interesting at times.", chuckles Lafayette.

"Man, go somewhere.", John joked as he play punched Lafayette's shoulder.

"Alright ladies, you're both beautiful, need someone to court you?", intervened Hercules.

"Come on Herc, you already know I got my eye on some of these honeys.", eyed John. {A/N I'm not sure if they actually used this language, but it's Hamilton, that's enough :) }

"Yeah, if only they had their eyes on you, now let them make a living John, it's hard enough with you hovering over their....." Hercules stopped as he saw one of his old friends.

"Well if it isn't Aaron Burr?"

"Sir.", yelled back Aaron Burr, the Princeton prodigy who's name went all around town. Apparently he was speaking with a young looking gent with ambition in his eyes.

"If you stand for nothing Burr, what'll you fall for?",pushed the gent toward Aaron's choices.

"Bonjour mon amie, they call me Lafayette."

"What's up, I'm John Laurens.", said John with his hand extended.

"Hercules Mulligan, what's yours?", greeted the young man with a firm handshake.

"Alexander Hamilton, I'm new here. But just you wait."
